    I think the card is a dudd. Took 3-4 hours to format it and it still didn't work. I'll try a 32gb card. Any recommendations?

    The little switch on the side? No that in the unlock position. I've tried the card in a canon camera and it says the same. I'm just reformatting the card to see if that makes any difference

    I've got the camera but when I've put the 64gb sdxc card into it it says "This memory card cannot be used. Card may be damaged Insert another card.". I've tried a 1 gb card and that works fine. Is the card no good or am I doing something wrong?

    thats not a lo to pay for a very good little dslr camera. good luck with it. It's my first proper camera so I have no idea about dslr's. I'll be in here looking for tips and tricks on a daily basis now.

    I've just got off the phone to David, unfortunately he's been diagnosed with lung cancer so it might be best leaving him to concentrate on getting better for the time being.

    Tube heater in my dogs kennels, wired up to a timer to come on in intervals. It's also insulated with 60mm kingspan.

    Same as his sister mate. Took her out on Tuesday night. Not spotting the squatters but picking them up once they get up. She had one run after watching her mum and got it. Plenty more trips out and it will all click into place
