  2. Hi all Does or has anyone shipped dogs abroad? I have the opportunity to relocate to Canada/US & obviously dont & wont go without my dogs (2 lurchers & 2 terriers) I imagine its complicated & expensive however if they dont go then neither do i If anyone knows or has experience of the procedure then any advice would be greatly appreciated. Cheers The Chimp
  3. Had a good season weather has been a nuisance around xmas particularly I started out in early september not really knowing what to expect having got a collie/greyhound bitch from local rescue in may & weve gone from strength to strength, i was certain that the first time i slipped her she would bugger off & that would be that but she didnt & weve had some great sport on rabbits large & small  just a few months ago i came by a pup of unknown breeding allegedly a greyhound & she had her first night last week & caught 2 on the trot followed by 3 a couple of nights
  4. Its a dog mate if it were a fox you would be able to draw an imaginary straight line between its main back pad & its 2 outside pads if you see what i mean? a bit difficult to explain without a diagram, thats a nice looking dog youve got there mate!! Best Regards The Chimp

Mines a 110 ex V8 with a replacement 2.8 trooper engine in & its awesome! tough as old boots with trooper reliability & cheap landy running gear-no frills no gadgets just simple like me,if you wanna watch hounds working you just clamber up on the roof or cut the top of garden hedge stand on the bonnet&trim away.Had a variety of 4wd,s & for off roading this 110&previous trooper have been the best, the jap stuff is so expensive&complicated!! The Chimp
  6. :realmad: F**k me im about fed up with this cling-on!!!! :realmad:
  7. Which bassets are you off to see mate?they are much better than squeaky old beagles! ! when they really own a line the cry from them is pure magic!slow perhaps but it can be some of the best houndwork to watch!!ive seen the warwks beagles a few times & was impressed Best Regards The Chimp

  11. I have got or i think ive got a W/GXS/w pup (if i wasnt a technological f***wit id post some pics!) & i was wondering if anyonelse had one & what is/are they like? Shes about 11months old & i got her from a pet home-they couldnt keep her for personal reasons & she seems to have a fair amount of ability & is fairly obedient with the basics at least, shes bloody sharp, before i collected her they described her as a greyhound pup which she definately isnt, 21/22 inches at the shoulder with a saluki type head just wondered if anyone else had anything similar & how has he/she
  12. AMEN to that ROB to me hunting whether its with ferret, lurcher, hound, terrier, horse or whatever is all about what it means to that particular individual & how they interperate it,that is something the anti,s will never understand! nor take from us good hunting folk!!
