There was a few nettle stings as well,It was some bite and sting stick thing,bloody smelt awful.

Well Rhodey came up to mine today for a bit of ferreting. He arrived about 6:45 i said be here for 6:30,but he was late,i could have had this done that done but no i was waiting for him . Anyway the good lady did him a big full english(thanks my love by the way,you are a good 'un). We set off just after with Rhodey moaning he had ate to much never happy these young 'un's. Went to check some snares i set not even been touched,climbing back over the gate i sat on a large thistle stem feck me it hurt pulled the thorns out sat down in the car and guess what i missed a thorn much to Rho

Well done csme55ex,you seem to have come on in leaps and bounds over the last few months,keep at it mate. I had some rechargable batteries with my camera,i had them on charge over night,took 2 photos the next day and they ran out get rid of them mate they are shite.The one's i am using at the mo are called UNIROSS 2100MAH i have had these a few years and they work fine.

Went to one of my farms this evening,just to see if the warrens are used and trim a few bits of undergrowth for next weeks ferreting.I thought i will take the AAS410 as i did not get any ferret food out the freezer.The warrens where looking good,so i will be ferreting next week.Managed to bag the 1 rabbit as i was heading back to the car.

I was out today and bolted 7 rabbits for the lurcher pup(all of which he missed only a young dog)it was throwing it down and the rabbits bolted no problem.

I don't know if this is the right place for this. I am after a woodburner for the front room,does anybody know of a place that does them cheap. I will also need the flue or the chimmey thing.Thanks in advance folks

After all the heavy rain we have had,could the warren have been waterlogged or flooded? Did you try them at another hole,mine was like that last week she would just turn round and come out,i put her down another hole and she went in.I had a look down the first hole and there was a puddle of water in there.

i have seen a few rabbits caught in hoop snares and THEY do not look like that,i bet it knocked it self out on the thick metal bar . Any way why bother with snares i thought you had a laser gun to zap all the rabbits

Sat on your ass watching and taking photo's thats about right,just the same when i am up there . Nice going anyway,as is the norm another decent bag of rabbits,well done lads

Went ferreting today with a member off here, Rhodey. He put a post up asking if somebody could show him the ropes,as he only lived a hour away i thought i would pop up to his permish and show him. I arrived about 8.00am at his house,he was still in bed,so his mum made me a brew(lovely lady )while rhodey decide to get up.He came downstairs looking a bit rough,lesson 1 don't go out on your works xmas do when you have to get up early :sick: . Feck me and your a mod :stupid: Well there are purse nets over the holes and a long net so i would say the ferrets are underground bolting the rabbits out to the nets,unless he is using a crab with a candle on its back(does not work by the way) And if your still not convinced the 4th pic down the lad is sat on a box with airholes in it so the ferrets can breath

Yes,when i was fence snaring with woodga,we had 2 pheasants that had come through the fence on rabbit runs.Both where released

I'll have a short back and sides gorgeous! The suzukis will still piss all over ur other 4x4's offroad - even with the hairdressers car reputation I am with you bignoel cracking motors and like you say cheap as chips. I had to buy a new whinch the old one burnt out after towing all the other 4x4 out of the mud And if anybody wants short back and sides i'm your man,i was trained by the best....................SWEENY TODD............
