  1. I agree it,s def a buyers market, have one son who is stuck with a huge mortgage, after a split with oh, and no-one intersted in buying the house and other son age 21 just took out a buy to let mortgage on his first house,1st time buyer so has high interest for the 1st 2 years,he has worked all hours since 13 yrs old and was able to put a good deposit down, i really think if u can afford to now is the time to buy,
  2. CHEERS, THESE BIRDS ARE PRICED TO SELL AS SICK OF 2 LEGGED FOXES,
  3. I have 5 pure aseels left as am giveing up large game,4 hens,[ 2 blue, 2 black] and one black red cock bird, all good quality,2 yrs old, Hens are 50 pounds each,[ no offers as sensibly priced] and 85 for the cock bird, pics attached [ i hope]
  4. If they are running a temp the stiffness etc could be a type of seizure/convulsion,especially as it seems to happen after they have been running around.
  5. Still sounds like an infection to me,get onto the vets, i would keep them a little quiet if poss until they are sorted,it may just be another course of antibiotics that is needed,if something is underlying racing around all day will result in them being done in at the end of the day, [ know the feeling],Good luck and hope u get to the bottom of the problem
  6. With a high temp it has to be some sort of infection, and i would defo take back to vets and query why nothing has shown up,did he do blood tests? if not why not? if they are dehydrated then i would suggest syringing them every 15 mins when possible,it is surprising how quickly they go downhill if they are dehydrated.strange one but there must be answers somewhere.
  7. Majority of these scum are not the big brave i ams when confronted and as has been said shit themselves when faced by real men,it also lets them know that u know WHO they are and WHERE they are, we too thought we may be in for a load of aggro, but far from it,had a peaceful,[ touches wood] stressfree life since,i would definately do the same again, haveing your dogs took is the most heartbreaking feeling ever,if u know who took your dogs GO FOR IT.
  8. Well we took the bull by the horns,[ so to speak] and fought fire with fire, after finding out for definate who had taken our jacks,2 years on the run, OH BOY they had a nightmare 24hrs with a little help from some top class heavies, and so far no further thefts, as has been said police, forget it,not interested at all, even when we had given them name and address,so there was only one way to go,these pigs are well known dog thieves around our area, our gate dog was given a good beating,[ which is their way] they not fazed about any dog,.Sometimes enough is enough, didn,t get our dogs back as they
  9. DITTO NIKEY, GOOD SITE AND HELPFUL WITHOUT BEING OVER THE TOP
  10. Most female goats are mated sept/october time, which is when they come into season.so they kid down following early spring. How is the little fella doing?
  11. Yes 4 kids is too much and u should try and foster or bottle supplement feed if that is easier if it happens again, goats carry for approx 5 months, similar to sheep.
  12. Daughter has ordered 10 of these poor girls, there is a rescue in may/june of around 13,000 of these birds, you can put your name down on a waiting list and they are free, just have to pick them up at various locations,my daughter has to go to lincoln for hers, they soon freshen up,only allowed 10 per household, anymore and u have to have a homecheck
