    My kitts are 6 weeks old and im just thinking about taking the jill away and putting them in a hutch themselves for another month , if i go to see a litter of kitts i expect them to be climbing about the cage not sitting in a heap which that ladies 4 week old kitts would do You can see whats going to happen someboys going to see them ,think how cute they are just crawling about come away with one or two them in a months time when there racing about the hutch think what the feck and dump them

    Interested how you get on because ive a couple of small knifes in my car boot and if i got tugged i'd just say i use them for gutting rabbits after snaring /lamping and im on my way home .

    If i ever took a ferret from a rescue i wouldn't want or ask for it to be neutered if it tuned out a good worker you cant breed from it and if its a crap worker a snipped hob will bring it out of season

    My two litters this year where small but ive ended up with 3 kitts which is plenty

    Just give them bit's of rabbit from 3 weeks and they will get all the nutrients from that and the jill and they wont be looking for water till you wean them

    Start keeping a diary of all the dates and times the dog barks and if somebody comes to the door turn the tables .Ah your here about the noisy dog come till i get the diary . that will shock them and they will no mention ferrets
