I've always believed where possible outdoor lambing is best, you tend to interfere less and the lambs strengthen up quicker. Lovely looking lambs too!

Hi everyone, I used to have 3 big hob ferrets and I love working the bigger ferrets. I actually got my 1st ferrets off this site in its heyday (2008/09) when I was mentored by Richie and stubby. But I have forgotten my old login! Anyway I have 2 smaller ferrets (which are brilliant workers!) But can't seem to find any big ferrets anymore. To the point.... does anyone have any big ferrets for sale as close to Buxton, Derbyshire as possible but happy to travel!

Sometimes we put steppers in but not on this one, thus was about 6 meters from a field gate so not necessary, but we quite often put stiles in along footpaths or field to field with long stretches of walls.

Good morning everyone, I am new here, and not sure if you all would want to see it but I am a waller by trade. I predominantly do gap work but if and when needed I build new walls too. I learnt the trade as a farm hand around the peak district and went self employed as a drystone waller about 3 years ago. I never looked back and love the job. I have gained permission, met friends and lear new things daily. I actually got into deerstalking through drystone walling as a lot of gaps are due to deer damage, so the 2 go hand in hand.

Hi guys, I am Joe, 32 year old originally from Watford but now living on the Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire border. I am a Drystone waller, fencer and small land contractor. I am a deerstalker, ferreter and fisherman but will happily participate in any country sport. I used to come on here in its hayday in the early 00's and 2 guys on here got me into fields ports, Richie and stubbie.
