  1. Works perfectly. As long as the number of guns is divisible by a whole number, with the rotations based on a different whole number, there are no conflicts. If 11 or 7 guns, then I work on guns +1 leaving a spare peg. We had 12 Guns (3 guests) out yesterday on 8 drives and no problems. All of the guests thought it was an excellent method.
  2. Hi Four years ago, I joined a local shoot as a beater. Not knowing much at all about shooting, I was interested in how the guns knew where to stand. Obviously, there were peg markers, but how did the guns know which peg to stand on? It was all down to drawing a number. However, most of the guns got confused and forgot their numbers. Before each drive, we would have the situation where Shoot Captain and Keeper would have to position the guns on the right pegs. 3. Pic's taken yesterday. They say that they're Monitors, but actively try to disrupt hunt and intimidate supporters. Keep an eye out for them in the Northwest.
  4. Hi All Has anyone in the Henley-in-Arden, Alcester, Studley, Redditch areas, lost a long-legged Russell, or does anyone know of anyone who has lost a Parson terrier within this area. The dog has been found and is being kept at the finders home. Please PM me for details. Proof of ownership will be required by the finder.
  5. hiya ragley i am the lad that met down buy the church two nice russels.

  6. My wife caught the dog having a rest after a shower. The first pic was taken about an hour before.
  7. Hi PM me, and I'll put you in touch with a Mink Hunt based in the South, near the Border. If you're genuine, you'll be invited out with them. If not.........................!!!!!
  8. There's a couple of Springers up the road from me that will dig well deep into Mole Hills, and this they picked up from a Russell that I had called Rags. If they dig like terriers, then why not rat like terriers.
  9. Mink, Rats, Pheasants, but nothing too deep. Take a look at the following links, and you'll see the story. http://www.thehuntinglife.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=148499 http://www.thehuntinglife.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=148641
  10. What about these as an opener.
  11. Is that pure white, as in no colour at all, even on the head, or can the head be patched?
  12. Sorry Watchman, I messed up and didn't include the photos. If you go to the other topic with the same title, it carries on there.
  13. Dyslexic or Down-under? "What's that Skippy...............you say they're both the same thing!!!" Joking apart, if you're interested in the lines, PM me and I'll send you copies of their Pedigree Certificates. Here's another photo, ages 6 months and 18 months.
