Thanks alot for the offer moorman, means alot. I've researched all I can via books and YouTube etc for the past 3 years if not more. There is public land full of woods etc opposite my house but not sure on the legalities of this. Very quiet in winter. I'll have to do some door knocking Thanks again buddy

Hi all I'd love to get into falconry, always been interested in it. Been out once with a local fella who was kind enough to take me out with his male and female harris. I've watched and read loads but was wondering if there was anyone in the Merseyside area or close ish that wouldn't mind mentoring me or even just teaching bits and bobs? I'd like to be as confident as possible before getting my own but there's still loads to learn. No problem going for a coffee/pint if you'd like to get to know me first Richy

Hello everyone, been lurking on this site for ages and thought id finally make an account! Love most things hunting and looking at learning whatever i can, SGC holder, but think im getting more interested in the hunting with dogs/birds side of things. Only been out a couple of times on the pigeons with guns, and a few hours with a guy and his 2 Harris's. Would love to have my own BOP in the future so trying to learn as much as i can about this at the minute. Look forward to chatting to you all ? Richy
