Thanks, I wasn't sure what I could expect from the cheap ones (if they would last a couple of weeks). But don't like to spend a eye watering £600 I say being displayed in the local tackle shop. I think the Vass tex 600 would suit me well, comes with a friendly price tag. Should I wear something like runner tights underneath?

Any recommendations for "budget" chest waders? I need them for a short photography project next month. Just need to stay dry and warm. I had a look around and the neoprene ones seems not expensive, would these be warm enough?

Hi all, Can anyone tell me if it's still possible to go foreshore shooting anywhere at the Firth of Forth? I'm thinking of the Upper Forth area (Skinflats) or just east of Grangemouth but both seem a protected area now? Thanks to anyone willing to contribute.
