  1. Yes I'm with you there, I don't agree with folk using the dog purely as an income. The top breeders usually do it for the love of the breed or for the competition of showing, fair enough they get big money for their dogs but it comes with the territory.
  2. 1. Most folk just haven't got the money to buy a prized KC dog in the first place. 2. They are scared of giving up their jobs to make the plunge and do it for a living. 3. In reality is dog breeding as profitable as working for a living, especially to newbies? 4. And some folk just don't have the knowledge or can't be arsed to do it all in the first place. Giving away dogs isn't going to better the breed in any way, it is what it is.
  3. It's quite simple really, if you don't want to pay for a dog don't pay for it. I think a lot moan and complain because a little jealousy is creeping in somewhere.
  4. A cheat of the highest order, I'm sure Hearn will have that particular incident brushed under the carpet. I can't see him being able to worm his way out of the failed test though.
  5. Jobi

    Ration packs!

Take a pack of malt loaf.....
  6. Mr Whyte has been stripped of his WBC interim title and is no longer the mandatory challenger, now ban the cheat.
  7. Obviously they are only breeding for the money, not all do mind.
  8. I don't mind folk selling dogs as long as not a means of making a living. Some breed because they are fanciers and the quality of the animals is main priority, I won't begrudge those kind of people.
  9. I've had collie crosses that have caught 3 out of 3 when out on a walk, I suspect it might have been different though had they had the law the coursing lads give though.
  10. I've never seen a proper bred coursing dog run hare, I've had some good hare catching dogs over the years mind. When watching clips I'm sometimes left unimpressed but I imagine watching it in real life is different.
  11. Some men were never in to matching but loved to run Hares. I'm sure the well known coursing men and thier dogs have that name because they were good at their chosen task. There's no smoke without fire and competitions usually have the best of the best. My question is as anyone seen a hare dog off an unknown breeder out perform a top dog, be it for a little wager or just for the sport?
  12. Surely there's a butchers there that does it? If not Waitrose does have it
  13. This Russian one certainly isn't a Muslim.
  14. Got 8 venison joints for £120, I reckon that's too deer.
  15. Brilliant if you want your best shirt to look like Rab C. Nesbitt's vest.
  16. Think you need to lay off the weed.
  17. I think me not having a lurcher for ages as lessened the passion, maybe I'm getting softer with old age.
  18. When the aim of the game is to harm your opponent then the ramifications of cheating should be severe? Dillian Whyte and many others think the reward is worth the small risk that they get caught. Just imagine if Rivas was one of those that died last weekend.
  19. Which makes it all the more comical he's been busted on Dianabol. His team obviously weren't as clever as they thought and now it's going to bite them in the arse big time hopefully. I don't even think Eddie Hearn will be able to weasel his way out of this. He wants making an example of and rightly so, being busted twice is taking the piss.
  20. Exactly, and he has the cheek to accuse others. Have you noticed that all the HW's who have recently been busted have all accused others. Fury, Whyte and Miller have all had a pop at AJ for doing drugs. I think having a go at others is their way of justifying their cheating subconsciously.
