  1. Got mates who have all sorts of fancy kit but for my stuff I had a big (talking big) sturdy wooden desk which was great. I got one from an old second hand shop which I think was probably for a bank or similar. I then shaved a bit of a semicircle in the middle off so I could get closer in, and drilled in a vice for if I needed to give something lots of attention. worked wonders cost next to nothing!
  2. Thanks for that Meece - just wanted to make sure there werent any i should definitely stay away from. I'll look around for second hand as I dont need anything super fancy.
  3. great to see all the pictures - always great to see proper working dogs in their element.
  4. I seem to remember hearing about some of the Russian red foxes (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Domesticated_red_fox) being used to hunt. I think a lot of it may have been play hunting, but I imagine that it would not be hard to get them into doing it proper. Not that you can just go out and buy one but it shows it can be done!
  5. agreed with above. lowe is the only make for me.
  6. Hi all. I'm looking at buying a new manual rifle press. Going to be doing a lot of reloading so want something that can do quite a number although dont really have the cash atm for a full progressive press. Thinking of going for a turret press as I believe they're a good half-way? any recommendations?
