i took my 2 shot to a little indoor range to test the power of it on a chrono they had,it came up at 13,500. I thought it was going to be low as it didn’t take a rat out I shoot the night [BANNED TEXT],anyway long story short the guy at the range fires off a few more shots and the power went up,he also tried firing at a target and it was firing a bit off at times,so he has said I couldn’t have it back as it needs a FAC for being over the limit and it has to be sent away to be lowered,is this right ? He said getting it adjusted and a service would be a
