  1. A months passed and he’s grew a few inches . About the 24 ish mark now just past 5 months
  2. The hik LH25 I’ve got and from what I’ve saw so far it works just as good as my pulsar xq38f which I paid twice the price for, I had a look through a xm30 other day and and I believe the pic quality of the hik is better, there’s not much price difference, maybe 100 quid with the pulsar been more expensive. Can’t see anyone been dissapionted with the LH25 if they brought one. If anyone’s after one penda off here’s got my old xq38. Rubbers gone on the eyepiece and lost the cap off the lens as it’s had plenty of use but still worth a grand of anyone’s money if anyone’s interested. If you ask him
  3. I done mine based on boris,s . I just leave mine in the garden to get sun on there backs from may time all through summer . Kernels just left open during day and lock them up on the night. Lifting lid on the kernel areas so easy to clean and they can also lay on top if they want
  4. No mate mines the LH25. 1150 I paid
  5. My hik isn’t a built in battery. Comes with a spare aswell , I’d say you get about 5 hours out of a battery. I’ve took mine on a few walks, hour here couple hours there and it’s just on one bar left now
  6. I’d say the clarity of the hik is just as good as my pulsar but the pulsars field of view was a bit wider but the hik is still more than enough
  7. I had a pulsar xq38, paid 2 grand or there about mate but I’ve now invested in the hik LH25. £1100 and it’s all you need . Don’t need to spend any more than that for lamping . You can see what’s in the next few fields no problem.
  8. I do mate but not my dogs to put up, he’s not on any sites so I wouldn’t do that. Dams 24 sire 27 . If he makes 25 I’ll be happy .
  9. Bull grey mate. 1/2 dam x to a 1/4 sire
  10. Just gone past the 4 month mark, smidge under 20tts
  11. Mines the LH25 sorry not 20
  12. It’s supposed to be decent mate
  13. Mine came yesterday, I went for the HIK LH20 this time after having the pulsar xq38f last time. Payed nearly half the money of what I paid for the pulsar. Took it out on the golf course last night to see what it was like and I’m more than happy with it, good picture, a lot lighter than the pulsar and even got a spare battery with it for a little over a grand. I’ve been told even the Hik LH15 Is a good little spotter and that’s around the 800 quid mark i believe. Spotting rabbbits at 4/500 yards easily enough.
  14. I’ve ended up going for the LH25 Hik, 1150 it was . I only need for lamping so should be more than enough for what I need
  15. What hik was it mate, been looking at the one for just over a grand. I think that will be more than enough for what I need. Had a few people say now the hik is the better option .
  16. I’m not so sure. Looked a bit shivery to me. Or im not sure if it was his handlers arm worrying what will occur over the next few hours
  17. What’s the better option do most think. I had the xq38f before . Looking on buying a new one . The xq38 was a good bit of kit but if I’m honest it’s a bit overkill for what I need so this time just want something decent but not over the top. £12/1500 price mark for something new.
  18. I thought he was a bit on the shy side, he’s only young he may come around
  19. It’s alright mate, summers on its way. Prefer it when you can go out in shorts and flip flops 🩴
  20. Picked this little fella up about a month ago. Great little character, picks things up quick. Had him round a bit of stock, he’ll work out 3/8 5/8, hopefully racey. Dams a 1/2 x bitch about 23/24 but still racey to a 1/4 bull grey 27 but I think he going to make more to the sires side 26/27 . He’s about 12 week now.
  21. Saluki bull grey. Big dog, but could catch on small fields aswell. Took him a season to realise he just got to hit stuff but once he did he put some stuff to bed each season

I feel like I want to go down the pup route mate if I’m honest. I’ve still got 5/6 months of taking him to train in the week so if I can source a pup in not to distant future I can bond with it and train to my own liking. I wouldn’t be able to give the dog what I feel it should be getting and 6 months is a long time for a dog sitting round doing nothing if it’s used to grafting. I do have one possibility as a mating maybe happening but things dont always go to plan do they so just try get a couple of options in place . If I knew I had my name on something deffinate within the next couple of mo
