    Always good to get out with the dogs they use that cross a lot here for pigs, and they are very good at it. Have owned a couple myself over the years get the mix right ,and they are a fair all rounder.

    Worm her, Quality dry food, plenty of fresh meat (I boil mine every other day), eggs twice a week, mix with vegies pasta & rice a bit of liver doesn't hurt and calcium

    Took the dog’s out for a quick walk, to one of the local paddocks I know holds a few rabbits. I let them out of the car and within 2 mins the brown bitch flushed one out of the cover, Young Zip (now 8 months old ) spotted it from about 40 yards away, zoomed up to it and never looked like getting away. One for the pot Good Girls.

    Picked him up when he was 6 weeks old, he was a lump of a pup ended up 22 tts Worked his whole life on rabbits and fox's was a brilliant dog never seen him quit on a chase even when he was well past his best. He will be hard to replace have had a pup under his guidance since I brought her home( she is the pup in the photo with him), She is showing huge promise But there will only ever be one Jet 5 months ago

    Took my old mate Jet to get p.t.s today, he was a 14yo whippet and had bad arthritis amongst other things. He was a great companion and friend gave all he had to the end R.I.P buddy Picture taken a month ago

    I feel your pain it can be heart breaking. It's hard when you put so much time into them and they hurt themselves, but it does happen unfortunately. atb Doug

    I took the Dogs out today to start to get a few miles into their legs (Zip whippet x Deerhound/grey 8 mths) (kass American Terrier 3 ½ yrs ) I will slowly increase the workload. The brown bitch had a litter not to long ago. I always enjoy spending time outdoors, it was an enjoyable morning. Cheers guys enjoy ya day
