-
You’ll be happy with it Ben, it’ll work a treat on the hmr?
-
Ffs.. your brave Dave, this is the oddbod section you’ll have to find a new venue when all the ducks get shot? might make this years if I can convince the kids?

I swapped my 600 for a 700! The power and FPS went up without altering anything when I swapped them over so I recon I get more shots over the smaller as I can turn me reg down to get the same as the 600 but mines .25 Should imagine it’ll be the same for the .22 and if your gonna be launching slugs about I’d go for the 700

Don’t wear ppe at the best of times sd.. they don’t say anything if you know what your on with but the crap kids get kicked off? me super stealthy coat ain’t doing no good tonight I’m shootin out of the car?

im sure the EU ban on hunting with lead came in end of last month but we were out so it didn't affect us over here.
-
Matt white lives on Anglesey give him a nod, hes well into his sea fishing again! I met up with him last year for a when I was over there.. give him a nod, he'll be able to put you on the fish

should of had a run down to not so sunny Scarborough, my local shops cutting back on clothing to make room so I got it half price.. id be in hospital on a machine if id payed full whack! bloke in shop will be getting a whack too if it drops to bits
-
must be catching Ls... im a tight git when it comes to shooting clothing, I just wear me site clothing but after all the crap weather I buckled and treated myself to a seeland craft coat on Sunday! been out in it last night and today.. money well spent
-
very nice Phil you should of gone out tonight, just got back in now.. first time ive been out with a rifle in about a month! saw loads of rabbits a couple of badgers and not a single fox.. bloody typical
-
the .25 will do it but id be buying the .177 if it was me.. the .25 will drop off loads
-
If you go for one try and get a fresh one that’s not been on display, the thing Phil is talking about in an above post is that the main cause of problems is messing with the power while cocked... it wrecks the internals! not a problem altering the power just make sure it ain’t cocked if you buy one?

I admire your dedication stav but your mad,, the weathers been pure sh1te these last few weeks! I was thinking the other night when I was stuck in and board stiff its been over a month since ive had a walk out with a rifle due to the rain or horrific winds. been invited on a keepers vermin day today, theres gonna be five of us with a lot of ground to cover.. looking forward to it but its howling outside! we must all be a bit unhinged, ive spent all week working in it and now ive got a day off im gonna do it again
-
Been using and abusing my impact for nearly two years and never had a problem, might look a bit marmite but it’s a proper pest control gun.. I throw it in the car boot then the cabinet and back out into the field and it never loses zero?

https://youtu.be/y4dTjuZ08Vs go to 2.40mins and thats all I did, you dont need to strip the whole thing like all these lot do just pull the legs apart
-
ive had to strip mine down a few times Phil, there are sharp lugs inside that dig in so they still work if you spray a bit of wd40 down them! im sure theres a few vids on YouTube how to service them, its not hard to do though.

the ultras a mint gun for kids to use, I bought one last year for my lad who's ten! he likes shooting in the woods but rat bashing with the night vision is his top buzz.. I let him have a go with the 20bore last week, his face was a picture... just waiting for the weather to improve then im gonna take him hide shooting, got given a little poachers 410 thats nice and light for him. its mint when your kids enjoy what we do as much as us

I get the whole depression thing for obvious reasons me being one and my daughter being the other! but to plant all what this topic is about to being depression is bs... if you want to go on tv and chase the fame dream dont come back moaning when it all goes tits up! there are many people out there who deal with it day in day out and you wouldn't have a clue, hence the I cant believe me mates topped him self! this is a typical for every action is a reaction... put your self in the firing line then your gonna get shot at
-
I get your point Archie BUT there are people who have genuine depression who most of us can relate to but there are loads of people out there who milk it and use it for an excuse as not to face the real world!

only use pard now and there a laser... never noticed trail cams being offered in 940 before but Ive only ever looked at cheap ones as id be well pissed off if I payed £200for a good one and it got nicked:(
-
recon that counts for a lot of it... weed now is fcukin lethal, kids think its cool! its shite, we use to have a laugh now you sit in a corner tripping out! wtf this new generation are dopey as f**k without topping it up
-
it was character building stav.. times that have passed and I kind of wish my kids could of grown up in the same way I did not that I condone being a little shit but its crap for the younger generation now:(
-
ive watched them nearly shit them selves through some trail cam footage ive seen on YouTube, I will get round to ordering a trail cam though as its would cut some time out when there a solo pest. theres no doubt they see something, im sure they notice it more when its a cant see your feet kind of night.. ive been decked out watching stuff fully unaware of me with no wind, turned the nv on for the shot and they have legged it.. thats why I keep the lamp on me cf, at least you get the stunned moment
-
haha..bad boys, the crisp packet stuffed up the phone reject was always good for a few quid!! and the car wash won't be spoken about good times but if my kids try pulling that sh1t they'll get a good slap
-
haha...there were no golf clubs near our village but we got by by nicking the empty pop bottles left behind the shops and cashing them in at the other shops and petrol station!! kids nowadays haven't got a clue?
