    Yes drag was layed but FOX HOUNDS being FOX HOUNDS decided to do their own thing

    It wasn't their intention to go on his land. When hounds pick up a fox it goes where it want's to go. The ground we hunt makes it virtually impossible to cordon off an area with hunt members. No sheep were killed but two hounds shot dead. Police were called by the hunt

    Totally agree with you "foxbolter" there is no mention of ewes aborting all over the place. If people writing on this topic read it from the beginning they would know what "raynardman" has said and he was there.

    A real blast from the past. In the Swansea Valley there was a terrier club whose base was a pub the "Crown" (Crown Terrier Club). They amalgamated with the clay boys and called it "The Crown Clay and Terrier Club" and that was the end of that. Most popular terrier "Border Lakeland" . Thanks for the post lots of memories

    I have hunted with quite a few packs in Wales and to be honest I have always found the terrier boys to be thorough in backfilling as they were in digging. Terriermen are individuals and I am sorry that you have had the misfortune of coming across some wrong uns. But in my opinion they are a vital part of any hunt pack and deserve the respect which I think they earn week in week out
