What file do you down load and do you down load the Astro 320 and not the collar.

hi, you can only upgrade or downgrade the hand set collar,s will work in uk my mate will set your handset for uk for £20 but you will need to send them to me hi just got an astro 320 the dc40 collar, switched it on, all that's coming up on the display is frequency disabled, will I need to send this system back to America as its not working here or do you think there is some way of me getting it to work in Ireland .

Where would I find the software to do this as all the software is to upgrade it.

Just brought a brand new astro 320 dog collar dc40 from the united states, when i turned on the device last night it wont connect to the collar and displaying on the screen is frequency disabled, does anyone have any info on this as im living in ireland i don't know what the problem is.

I brought a new one in from the united states and its coming up as disabled on the screen does anyone have any info on this that they could pass onto me as i would like to get it up and running or do you know of anyone that could have a look at it.
