The internet has brought so much with regards to hunters sharing their experiences and hunting images, meeting like minded friends and informing us of important events, but its real downfall is the anti establishment that use our images of our hunting dogs and memories against us, they now have more access to hunts than ever before and the sad fact is, it all goes toward their fight against us, which they publish with a contorted tale... You often hear of good collie crosses that people own for coursing, I've seen 5/8th beardie 3/8th greys running and they are not as bad as you would think...I own a 3/4 grey 1/4 collie myself, hes a big powerful dog 27" 70lb, his only fault is stamina, he burns up real quick...... If hare coursing is what you enjoy most I would definitely go for a saluki blooded dog...

I'd say they will be still selling them mate......they have been around a long time now and I bet they make a fortune off spares for the mk1, so they would be absolute bonkers to scrap it......

Went for a quick shine last night 5 mins from home, I decide to take my youngest dog Sonny as Jack my eldest dog needs resting from an injury, the outcome 6 rabbits, 1 got left as I thought I would of been heading back home the same way... , but he missed a lot more than he caught ... I never even went to the spot I set out too as my motor was overheating, pulled up at the services and locked myself out by accident , what a twat had to get our lass to bring the spare set of keys .... still don't know whats causing the overheating but it will get sorted tommorrow hopefully :whistle: ..

I used to have a Vulcan Andy, was the best spring gun I have shot, nice smooth shooting, I think they have zephr seals or something on the piston that helps... Prefer the AAS410k though now......
