Got my youngest boy and his mates in my little home gym lifting...he's been doing pull-ups a while...and is good at climbing door frames with his finger tip...uses the punch bag quite a bit... A few pics of him and his mate deadlifting ...55 kilo...

Just arrived back from the Shetlands. Great week working up there. Windy and fairly big seas but we managed to get a fair bit done. On Monday We managed to get the group up to Muckle Flugga lighthouse, north of Unst. We were the most northerly people on the UK mainland. Kayaks away. Back on the tools this week.

Let’s work on this basic rule of thumb…..99% of people who “have a day out to the country” are total f***ing cretins ! There both very different physically and academically The older boy is tall and very slim...good footballer...and is football mad...and is very academic at school.... The younger one...in pics is more short and stocky...hates football loves fighting sports...and so far is very average academically... Like you say them growing up makes you realise your age ...I'm 58 next Saturday...I recon my birth certificate is wrong ...lol
