Thought I’d put this here because no one uses the shooting section anymore had another shoot day today and my mates little lad got to shoot for the first time, last drive of the day and he got his first pheasant, best part of doing this is being able to take kids out to do things all kids should have the opportunity to try13 points

I love taking the kids out with me, these two 10 year olds know more about the driven game world than most of the adults that come, my mates lad that was shooting yesterday has been coming out with us since he was 3, he knows his way around a rifle as well, the younger they start the better12 points

Pulled up to a dock down here to get some repairs done and first thing that greated was a dog. Just walked to the bow and sat there looking at us. Thought he was a stray but , collar ,well fed ,don't look scared or anything. Gave him a ham bone, because he was whining. Then was getting fuel just now and here he was , chilling with eveyone like he was just apart of the dock team. Apparently he's like the dock dog. Just hangs out visits all the boats that come up. Has a lil bed by the office, they let him in some of the buildings ect. Apparently all the regular boats know him and it's a bit of a10 points

It hasn’t sat well with me Reform accepting all the same traitors that were happy to work for, condone, support, vote for and be members of one of the same party’s that have been betraying our nation for years…… However, I think we have to reframe the question……don’t ask if you like reform, ask if you loath what Labour & Tory have done to our nation enough to want to destroy them ? At no other point in time has a group been better positioned to destroy Tory & Labour than Reform is now…..if we miss this opportunity it won’t come round again. Destroy the disgusting traitor9 points

Going off topic a bit but........it's weird that nobody raises an eyelid about political " donations". Let's be clear they are bungs, inducements, bribes, backhanders. It is a corrupt system. Our interests never get a look in. Lord Ali bunged Starmer 30 grand to buy clothes. Starmer's Mrs got a lesser amount. What does he want in return? What's his angle? I don't know how you guys feel about charity but I could not bring myself to accept charity unless I was in real shitsville. My lifelong best friend became a multi millionaire. He used to literally beg me to go to Las Vegas and7 points

Let’s have it right, Our traditional industry’s, the communties they created and the pride that went with them has been systematically destroyed over generations…..our own people who have grown up with generational hopelessness didn’t ask for that !! Their grandparents and great grandparents never for one second imagined there would be nowhere left to turn for their grandchildren……they have been told they are nothing for decades, had the 3rd world held up as something to aspire too and had obstacles to getting ahead thrown in their way at every turn. They have been denied jobs, acces5 points

Great stuff. My lad and his mates have been beating the last 2 seasons. Last week as a thanks the keeper run a shotgun safety session for them followed by some clay shooting. Next day they all had a morning shooting mentored by the guns from the shoot. All the lads are 14-15 years old and all had a couple in the bag. Great to see the smiles on their faces. Not a phone in sight all day. Just young lads enjoying themselves out in the countryside.5 points

I first spotted an add for some Blue tick Coon hounds last year, one breed that I had hunted with, during my OE to the United States 40 years ago. I'd always fancied owning one of these big game hounds. Unfortunately, I had a lot on, including several operations to address several medal complaints, so it was with heavy heart I had to pass on one of those pupplie's . Then out of the blue I saw that the breeder decided doing justest to several hounds at once, therefore had decided to rehome a 13-month-old male.I made contact as soon as I could and within a couple of weeks, Bolt arrived full of b4 points

A pal and I were zeroing in a FAC air rifle before going shooting , he was looking through the spotting ‘scope and said “you’re missing the bull by miles !” I said “ I’m not aiming at the bull, I’m hitting the drawing pins holding the target, knocking them further in “. Honest ! Cheers.4 points

I’ve just watched three “high ups”, one each from the Tory’s, Labour and Reform, being interviewed on GBNews. The first two just spouted pre scripted monologues over the question whereas the Reform guy, Richard Tice, listened to the questions and gave relevant answers . Now whether you agree with those answers or not, at least he answered and you can get an understanding of what Reforms policies are. Cheers.4 points

Then slapped it in a rifle... They took a anti aircraft/anti material round ade for punching holes in armored vehicles and shooting aircraft out the damn sky ...and they 22-250's it I'm both sickened and extremely amused Like this thing makes a 750gr 50cal Atip looking like a 53gr vmax....... Then to save waiting for something that may not come around, why not breed your own ? Find a greyhound or even better a lurcher that's already doing the job ,and put it across the pure that you have??? Run a couple on yourself, find homes or cull the waste??? That way then you got what your after....3 points

I watched a video yesterday by a bloke who travels round Eastern Europe doing reviews of country’s/city's etc He was in Lithuania, Vilnius to be exact……it’s beautiful !…..as in, immaculate and historic ! There was state of the art public transport, all London Red single deck bendy bus things, brand new……to ride for 30 minutes anywhere in the city is…..55 cents !……and hour…..80 cent…..maximum was €1 ! This is a former eastern block country of only 10 million people ! Guess what you didn’t see thousands of ?……. You don’t understand the scale of what a shit state we ar3 points

Lee Anderson was big on MPs not taking second jobs, until GB news gave him a second job. Farage reckons himself he took 2 million pounds of expenses (taxpayers' money) from the European parliament. In another incident he had his pay docked because he had falsely claimed expenses from the European parliament. There were other scandals as well. Tice has given millions to the tories. These donations are investments by the donors. They are given to influence government policy or cut regulations. The whole system is tied up in the political elites' favour. Populists like Farage alwa3 points

Had a mooch in the dark and snow , no head torch needed as just the silhouette was enough. Actually hit 2 woodys and a nest raider but didn’t drop any of them . I know not good but it happens. The sleet was blowing in my face and eyes and I was struggling aiming, still no excuse. But what a lovely mooch, me the dog and nature and the whole world to myself. Just being out , watching a fox work a hedgerow . Didn’t want to go home . Was gonna nip to another spot , little keepered one with a few long tails on but daylight beat me. Just great being out and about in the snow , even tho the weather w3 points

I brought my son hunting/fishing every week form age of 3 - 12 yrs, at 12 he wanted to go less n less but an odd time he come out. But I've got amazing memories and some great pics and videos of him out hunting n fishing as a young lad. It's the greatest buzz of all when you help a kid showing interest to get a good day out. My two nephews recently took a pup off my terrier Floyd and are showing real love for the fields. It's a fantastic buzz to see kids get a love for hunting but unfortunately it's not happening enough.3 points

There's plenty of legal migrants claiming benefits, it's an international scam, with people claiming child benefit and the children don't even reside in UK . It's huge , there has been a huge increase in unprovable benefit claim predominantly mental illness /stress etc . I believe there is a new task force being setup to remove the duty from the doctor. It's been allowed to grow far to big. As for illegals they're not allowed to work so receive housing , financial aid and medical treatment at the cost of British people's tax money, which when councils are closing minibus services for handicapp3 points
