My mate used to tell people he used to be a barber before he was in the army . whenever a lad said “ i could do with a wig bash “ he’d chime in , don’t worry about it I’ll save you a tenner , come round the kitchen tonight . stood there with a pair of scissors , as the lad sat down ,”just a bit off the top and a blended fade on the side please mate “ No bother followed by an unguarded razor buzzed straight down the middle . never ever got old .6 points

Been thinking about it myself as i could not do a decent lurcher justice and i would end up getting in bother though i am leaning more to some type of whippet x like my mates old dog who i had for a week when he went away and has never been as gutted when he lost her she was a brilliant mooching dog with the catapult and one of most good natured house dog i have ever had the pleasure to have around for a short wile and she was a springer whippet.5 points

Just got back from the above. To say ‘moving’ would be a gross understatement. The Church was rammed as was the Greenyards Stand. (Melrose Rugby Football Ground). National television were present as was Sky News. The service lasted just over 1. 1/2 hours which included 3 eulogies from some true greats. If I was to guess, the amount of people attending was around 2000 on the ground with many more watching from around the world. The Doddie Wier Foundation was set up to encourage further research into MND. Doddie, single handedly, forced people in high places to release an unprecedented amount of4 points

One that brought it , it was borderline mental your theory of int inflatable plane and as for op fortitude , it’s not exactly hidden away Jesus , you actually think people didn’t know about it ?? ??? In regards to the mRNA ?? I have no idea why as I’m not …. a ) a vaccine specialist b) a pharmaceutical analyst c ) a member of a government / non government health organisation and neither are you . So to be spreading truths / untruths that may as far as you know be true isn’t just dangerous , it makes you look like you live in your parents basement in Iowa with a mode4 points

I once interrupted a girl on a double date with the line “ you look like Karen from shameless , give me your number as I’m taking you out Friday , wear them pants” nearly 11 years I’m sat outside Smyths toys wondering how to squeeze every paw patrol figure in the world into the boot whilst she browses our next retail invasion site . Wish I’d went to the strip club instead4 points

Personally i was delighted Argentina won it......it was a great advert for nationalism in my opinion......a team of 11 men the same who all identify with each other, who all identify with their staff and supporting fans.... beating a team of various shades of Africa,of which 9 were non European ....trying to win the " world cup " for France,a European nation. When you stick with your own good things happen.....good for the Argies.4 points

Have you genuinely thought about a career in investigative journalism ? It’s like you’re asking the questions and see the bigger picture no one else thought to or can ? it’s almost Peternatural the talent your wasting , perhaps contact one of the you tube news agencies , your like Paul Joseph Watson but with more stamina and Salukis .3 points

I agree it's not pleasant facing the facts mate, but let's man up abit and accept the situation as it is. It's not done and dusted for those that have had their lives destroyed by trusting the words of those that have infact lied about the safety of these drugs. Lies lies lies. No, it's not good enough to brush such infringements on human rights under the carpet because some folk can't face the facts and want to forget about it. Man up.3 points

When my youngest lad is a few years older, he'll be 2 in March, I can very well see me getting another whippet. Too old for a 'powerhouse' type lurcher now, with all the 'commitment' that goes with them. Yep, a nice, smallish, easily looked after, gentle, easy to deal with WHIPPET!! Could well be just the job.3 points

I have built prettier bikes? This last one ,modelled by a small Grandchild, emerged from the derelict remains of a 67 Bonneville and anything l could beg out of friends' scrap piles . I saw it at a bike show a few years ago and only recognised it from the number plate . As the photo shows the very hairy owner had done a little bit of work on it! This one is owned by one of my best mates . He didn't build it like this ; it just evolved over the 40 years of his careful ownership? This Yam Ycs3 was the pride and joy of a wayward friend from my teenage years. Now would you rob3 points

I honestly can't be dealing with all the absolute shite, gossip and complete bollox with any of it, or gossip etc in real life!! I look on this site, and I enjoy it. I also think, other than a few exceptions, most people on this site have a fair amount of things in common, so would probably get on.2 points

I've never personally kept more than 6 on any dog I've bred...I've helped my brother's out a few times, had his 1 load of Frenchie pups in with my old digging bitch(having a phantom and producing milk) when his dog had 14 pups the once ,strange because his 2 bitches are sisters,1 throws 8/12 pups the other 4 everytime...even when using same stud dog..the bitch that throws 4 refuses to feed pups,so they been bottle feed both times ... looking back, don't think I've ever had a bitch that was funny with another bitches pups...found sisters and older siblings in the box cleaning pups when the2 points
