For the Lads that par boil chip before deep frying found a good hack to stop them falling apart. I use Maris Piper spud and take your eyes of them for a minute and you have potato soup. If you put 2 table spoons of white vinegar in 2 pints of water you can boil them for 10 minute and they stay good. Chunky Chips with BBQ baby spare ribs. BBQ rump with my own new spuds and runners. Mate our TVs are full of more and more shit every year, I heard on the radio this morning Big Brother is coming back, you've got Essex, Love Island, loads of celeb shows with zero celebs on them... half the shit on our TV is for the brain dead.... and the majority of it gives a bad message to our kids imo... so although I'm not particularly interested in watching the womans game, I think it is a far more positive thing to promote than half the shit that gets air time...no need for a new channel, just replace a pile of shit that's already on..

I`ve used intermittent fasting for several years now when wanting to get lean. I`ve done the 16/8(16hours fasting,8hour eating window), 20/4 and the one meal a day.They all work IF .................................... YOU ARE IN A CALORIFIC DEFECIT. I grew Black Russian 3 years ago and they were one of the best that i have ever eaten but a very poor cropper which i think that many outdoor Heritage Toms are. The ones i grew this year were three different strains of Red Blight resistant types and the black ones were among them .

The old clay line is coming from nextdoors,I've tapped in and built a new inspection pit to take the 2 new soil pipes from upstairs,have to be on a separate line/manhole( converted the house from 4 to 7 bedrooms,double attic conversation , single extension out the back, each room will have shower etc,be a student let) will cover the old pipe with 10mm when it comes..the walls for a single storey extension will be built on those lintels over the pipe..was the only way to do it with the space available and following the regs Tim...there should of been a manhole where the 90 bend is ,when ever
