I think your story is lots of peoples story mate and imho it’s just wrong. Lad who graft, and let’s face it most lads graft pretty hard, should be able to have a home easily and some money to enjoy. Imho if a house can’t be paid off in 15 years and people still have plenty of their own money for themselves then it’s too expensive. My repayments are £650 a month 3 bed house garage and parking for two cars. Only joined by garage is that semi detached? Next door neighbour rents £800 a month. I know its hard to get a mortgage but far better if you can get one.
