  6. It was my lads prom today but he's banned from going. He got into a fight in the last week of school and him and the other lad got banned from going. They have never got on for 5 years and it came to a head, they had a proper straightener and shook hands after. Daft thing is they got talking after shaking hands and are now getting on....they are both sat in my man cave now best of mates and I've told em they can have a couple of beers each ? I'm glad he's not going to the prom as he wanted to borrow my new suit (keep your smart arsed comments to yourselves ?)

  7. Out for a mooch near a village called Loddiswell I never seen any big cats but could not help thinking out them as this was a real hot spot for a while back and still from time to time now. It's a large space owned by The Woodland Trust with great for dog walkers with some long rides in a heavy wooded valley. I have some permission near here and the Farmer has seen them and his daughter came within a few yards of one all black ones. Cheers Arry

  8. Personally think it takes more backbone to give up something you honestly love before maybe going behind the door for 6 months and letting your family fend for themselves, if a scabby hare fox or whatever means more to you than being with your kids then knock yourself out but it's not how a lot of men operate.

  11. They have thinned them right out around me and the Hedge Hogs are coming back in strength as they used to come right into the outskirts of town. Even had them turn out my compost bin. Keepers have taken all the Foxes out so no Hunting done on my perms now I'm missing that. Hares are on the increase down to the Badger cull. Rabbit burrows not being f****d up by them. People don't realise the damage they do. I like to see the odd one about but like other lads said too many when you see seven or eight in one field at night. Might try a bit of night long netting again instead of worrying

  12. Brother,.. a part of me likes to hear you talk like I did, when I was a rebellious teenager...? However,...another bit of me thinks,...is it all fecking worth it ? Getting a pull now,..is going to be a vastly different proposition to previous times,....it is going to be costly... I've spent a lifetime doing exactly what I liked, where, and when I liked,.. but ya got to be realistic... Personally,.. unless you are exceptionally, 'well in' with various factions,...freelancing is a dangerous old game....?

  16. Fcuk knows but it won't be dipping and diving for a scabby hare and then coming on the net to brag about it like I'm all... f**k the police and double hard lol. I've spent over thirty years hunting foxes with dogs in one form or another and I'll be fcuked if I become like you and have to constantly look over my shoulder and worry about getting a tug, the enjoyment will have gone so why keep going.

  17. Thats exactly what I'll do, I've said it on here before and ain't ashamed to say when and not if fox hunting gets banned here that'll be me done, whatever dogs I have at the time will be pts and that'll be it over for me.

  18. So you can’t buy ammo or receive it from anyone else because you don’t have a ticket to sign it onto but if you reload you just crack on as normal and you are well within your right to stock up to your limit before your extension expires, what a complete shambles, I’m sure you won’t run out of ammo, but they are taking the pi*s with these renewals I think there’s 2 years left on mine, I’d better get it sent in now

  25. Hi there gents, been sitting in the shadows quietly popping in the section now and again missing shooting a lot so been looking for a new rifle for myself for a while to wander the firlds with the dogs over the summer. Although cant justify spending the money needed for what i wanted at the moment i was still eager to get out again so popped into the local shop for a gander, picked up a nice looking nearly new .177 Gamo gx40 with silencer and bipod for £270 which i thought was a deal, 10 shot so ideal for what i want and felt really comfy in the shoulder so for that price i was happy at least

  29. As much as it’s hard not to agree with that , personally I think He should have been lifed off That cop killed that man , in as a deliberate way , as other more high profile cases were made to be . there’s not even a doubt in my head , that that cop , took pleasure in tormenting that drunk lad , made his last moments as undignified as possible , and used his position of authority to execute him on a whim . utter vermin

  32. I’ve never heard anything so stupid, if they spent less time issuing extensions and temporary permits and just got on with the renewals they wouldn’t be in this mess, as for a temporary permit where you can’t buy ammo ? that’s a new one on me, what’s the point of that, instead of giving you a temporary permit just renew the bloody FAC they seem to be giving themselves more work by not doing the job they are paid to do ?

  33. Very talked about subject. Yes, without doubt tomatoes can be over watered. Personally, I opt for very light watering using a lemonade bottle with the bottom cut off and 2 very small holes drilled in the neck. These go between the plants , in a grow bag, and are refilled as required. As regards the plants. I have been of the opinion that outside growth other than the main stem, should be removed. All that should be left are the first 4 trusses unless you are growing for chutney where green fruit is essential. Also, all lower leaves below the first truss can be removed as they give no nutrition
