My 15 yr old Grandson played in a cup final today ,had a good game ,I was already very proud ,there was a little family group from Portugal watching ,I think they had a connection to one of the players ,the old grandad walked over sought my grandson out and told him in broken English they thought he was very good ,pointed to the little group and they were all clapping him ,my heart nearly burst out my chest with pride .26 points

Flying visit up the west coast of Scotland...hit the weather just right, got the boat out and nailed a few early season Pollock on soft plastics, cooked one on the beach today.....life is good on days like today.3 points

AJ has had the fighter coached out of him. He was a decent puncher and a proper pugilist and then he became a cautious second rate defensive boxer. To quote Barry McGuigan:" what moron told him to try and box Usyk?"3 points

Watched the first Holyfield v Tyson fight earlier... what a tough f****r Holyfield was.. people say about him on the gear etc..but that don't give you heart and a chin like his... those scraps with Bowe were great as well...certainly in the top 10 imo3 points

Another Saturday another day at the kids play park, getting a bit closer to finishing it, high deck in today and the boards for the climbing wall, he’s now decided he wants fake grass putting between the play park and his games room/bar ( I need to get some pictures of the inside of that, it looks like a nightclub) now the grass comes in 4 meter wide strips, I was ok at the top but 50mm out at the other end so had to move the sleepers ? I think I’ve got maybe another 5 days graft left here ?3 points

Probably one a month me, like I said earlier they go straight in log burner. What makes me laugh is they threaten to take me to court, but don't even know my name lol. Just always says to house holder, I binned it off 8 years ago. Pure threats and intimidation, it's older folk I feel sorry for that get drawn into there pantomime performance.3 points

No, Nadine Dorrise, the DCMS secretary, announced some vague plan "to look into the future funding of the BBC". Just like sending illegal immigrants to Rwanda, it'll never happen. Cheers.3 points

Average house price is about 140 grand at the minute wilf and wouldn't be any less in the south in fact in the south in a half decent town they'd be more I'd say although I haven't looked. Wages in the south are better than here, I'd make double in Dublin than I would in Belfast and that's a fact, tradesmen are coming back from England and heading south for work.3 points

I don't like none of them wilf, but the shinners have cosied up to British rule, they support the ruc an tell you to phone them with information, the guy I was chatting too a few times delargy just got elected here in foyle. The shinners are sitting us on a path to globalism,Ireland will be f****d I no time. I want a united Ireland, with catholics an protestants, but no doubt there will be elements against it. How come protestants in the republic call themselves Irish? If an when it happens then I'm guessing there will be a all Ireland police force,an anyone playing up will be a3 points

Membership of the EU means that the member state accepts that EU law has supremacy over their own national laws. So in that sense no, sovereignty has been lost. However, the EU don’t have supremacy over every aspect of government rule. So in that sense sovereignty is split between the supranational EU government and the national member state governments. However, lol, membership in the European Union is a choice, a choice which a member state has total sovereignty over (interestingly not the case with the federation of states which make up the USA). So in that sense I suppose member3 points

Yes, it's very good stuff. Used to use it all the time on the coursing field, really helped keep fatigue at bay. I even drank it myself from time to time when exhausted and thirsty, kept me going better than any human product, even though it's not designed for humans.? Also good for dogs that pant a lot and dehydrate through losing too much fluid that way. Can't recommend it highly enough.2 points

Still loads of lads at it ,week in week out and not in it for fame or money like a lot of the so called big dog men. When you listen to lads biggin up terriers and then 6 months later ask how a certain dog is doing and the turn around and say ,oh I sold that dog wasn't for me,didn't like the way it worked, bollox,it's all about Money to them.2 points

You won’t get the republic away from the EU mate, too many people rely on it……Ireland can’t survive without it is the simple fact. After independence in the 20s the republic had a sort of “no trade with Britain” policy and their economy never grew by a single percentage point for 40 years until they abandoned the policy !! …….not one single percent ! I think by then the damage was done and many people had left from what I can make of it, when the EU rocked up it was like Christmas. The EU is the lifeblood of Ireland, it don’t have to be because Ireland has a hell of a lot going2 points

The truth is the unionist politicians are useless and do eff all and we are sick of it, to be fair its the same here white straight males on the bad list, the mps are just self serving elitists that look down their noses at us over here, the shinners are no better as they are flooding in the gimmiegrants and are a left wing extremest party, but fiar play they have stuck to their game plans and now the unionists are so fecked off they have slung the major parties2 points

If the Ukraine was putting Russian fighting age males into hotels at a cost of £5 million a day instead of shooting at them would that still count as an invasion ?2 points
