I,m still here when I can borrow my daughters internet, but my life worry’s have somewhat changed, it’s all about having enough water, wood and gas to keep us warm and fed, woke up to this today ( the roof is red ?) which was even more beautiful as I got the central heating on the boat working yesterday after 8/9 years since it last worked, was quoted 2k to fix it, so done it myself for £10 of parts and a couple of days of my time, also taking the dogs out for 2/3 good walks a day as I don’t have a garden now, so life is full and busy but still loving it?

Two of us and my grandson had a walk round this afternoon. We finished with four hen pheasants, one cock (not in the pic) a partridge and eight mallard. Grandson did well he shot four mallard.

Had to push this one from drey to drey before he finally jumped the 20ft down into a wood pile, managed to get him with a head shot.

I think the problems began when they first allowed the Welsh to com on .

The only sections that seem to have no bickering from idiots is fishing and photography.... Big shame, been some knowledgeable folks on here over the yrs... Its not that hard to be civil... Manners cost f**k all...

I haven’t done any fish and have always wanted to try afew I got a reproduction and did some alterations with it and took some casts spent a lot of time learning colours and some new airbrush techniques and came up with these to prototypes I will continue to learn and paint some more cheers RR

Got my exercise this morning. Mixture of snow and sun. Good sporting shots. Watched four snipe fly by in the snowfall. There was a few regular shots going off around me which was comforting. I'm knackered really. I was out chasing dogging foxs until midnight but no shot.

I will get the vaccine if offered to me. 1) My sleeping pattern is terrible, especially whilst working on the night shift.
