This is what it actually is, it’s called a Leeds and Liverpool short boat originally used to transport goods, but instead of a cargo hold its got accommodation, this one was made for somebody in 1995 and is one of only one in existence, which is why I didn’t want to shout to much about it, as it is probably worth quite a bit more than I paid for it, unlike a normal narrow boat it’s also capable of coastal travel and would get across the channel to France without to much difficulty, it has an enormous engine and tanks for fuel and water, will get it kitted out with solar panels over the next co16 points

Me too , I was read the riot act on Sunday by the wife , my youngest daughter who is 25 brought her boyfriend home for Sunday dinner . It’s only the second boyfriend she had brought home and she seems keen , and I’m keen for her to move out , so I behaved myself, made a bit of small talk , tried to sound interested in his job ? , good grief. Nobody told me parenting was this hard .7 points

Not long after my daughter started school I was picking her up when two other dads came over & asked if I'd like to join their "dads rules" WhatsApp group....I'd rather boil my own head in a bucket of piss! "No thanks"5 points

The upside of permission, is being able to rock up, crack on, no looking over your shoulder, do what you like with little stress etc. Maybe not as fun sometimes but if you have the right ground it’s handy as for the dogs!5 points

Greyman ...We’ve done all the insults and I hope there’s no hard feelings .This enforced period off has made me realise life is too short for shit like that . From now on its pure discussion which I hope you’ll reciprocate . The scrapes you have photographed are roe scrapes used by bucks in spring and the rut and again by does in the autumn and winter .The claw marks you refer to are front hoof scrapes ,nothing more ,seen them many ,many times .Muntjac do same only on a smaller scale .Hope this helps .There is a roe slot centre frame ,middle pic .They are used to scent mark ,territo4 points

Well she still does but I’m not worried about her leg being as much as a concern anymore. She’s just turned 7 months and is a baw hair off 24tts. Sure on her feet and lightening quick with it. Perhaps ready to try a few low jumps3 points

I was speaking to a keeper on a commercial shoot a minute ago about the lockdown and one of the problems he mentioned he could be facing is disease. Normally the birds are being moved around and their numbers thinned out. November can be a wet and mild month . There could be a real problem with micro plasma and respiratory diseases. I was also talking to a fairly high ranking police officer who shoots with us and he knew this lockdown was coming days before we did , he was telling me that as far as he knows the lockdown “will” end on December 2nd and thereafter a tier system . Had a trip up to the RFD and purchased the Hawke 4x16x50 ir fast mount scope. Came in at £97 which is ideal for the air rifle. But in true form I didn't stop there, ended up also purchasing the Hawke Endurance 600m range finder? My Mrs hates me when I go to the RDF, I always come out spending more than I say?3 points

Keep an eye out GM for these two in that sort of area. The Winter Chanterelle that the browns one with the yellow stem which is hollow, it has what looks like a cabbage leaf affect on the under side of the cap. If you find one you will probably find hundreds. Nice taste and dry really well. The Hedge Mushroom that is a robust irregular white mushroom with spikes instead of gills. Keeps for ages just scrape the spikes off. Both should be around now in the woods. Cheers Arry3 points

Sire - working whippet Dam- collie/lab pictured at 5 months old. As expected she turned out quite heavy ,but I really only bred her as a later brood bitch to have dogs by some of my faster running dogs .She is a keen worker always out there hunting in cover .Due the dry areas rabbits favour in nz .these usually incudes huge wind brown trees. I like to have my running dogs with a thicker leg ,fine legs hitting a hard baked branch or root at speed can only out have the one outcome, given that my dogs are broken in hunting these areas, accidents can & do happened ,Id rather3 points

Oh well that's it then shoot the lot, we cant be having that now can we. Hold on. Have these scientists ruled out modern farming practices! Are these scientists the same type of scientists that developed pesticides associated with the decline of wild bees? That brought about mad cow disease? Hold the phone....3 points

Evidence has never bothered the likes of wild justice any little stick they can beat the shooting industry with, they will use, they raise vast amounts of money purely to challenge the government on wildlife and farming policies, nobody in our corner can match them and sadly money talks in this world and I’m in no doubt there’s more of their madness to come2 points

What competes? Woodpigeons eat similar. Crows maybe. Finches find plenty. No known species is under threat that I am aware of due to pheasants. Buzzards do extremely well from pheasants as does the fox. In summer they eat invertebrates but not every species. They certainly do not encroach on other birds invertebrate diet requirements at all. This is a pure fabricated clap trap veneer to conceal a hidden agenda. The real agenda is communism in as much as they will decide for you what is right or wrong, acceptable or what is not acceptable. Such a shame these idealist look2 points

My fridge is literally empty bar about 3 ounce of cheddar, 4 spring onions and two pints of milk! Death is surely certain in this post apocalyptic world! If only I had 2 tons of pasta and a shed full of bog roll!2 points

To be honest, if we're looking at a 6 week lock down and taking into consideration the crossover RVHD strain in hares then they SHOULD release them, that's my opinion. I only hope they get released back on the ground they came from rather than on the nearest convenient place where they might have little chance of surviving anyway. I ought to add that while I've always enjoyed open coursing, park coursing of captive hares just isn't my cup of tea and coursing with muzzled hounds is in my opinion just silly.2 points

If it wasn't for the shoots then I would of given up on the terriers when the ban first came in...only real legal way to carry on. We all need each other... The enemy are the establishment and these f***ing arse holes given air time to push their agenda... They are laughing at us all infighting and bitching amongst ourselves ?that's how they keep winning and chipping away at what we got left.... f**k me, only got to have a read on this place to see the old' I'm alright and f**k you all attitude'.... Stand there and argue the colour of shit... When we could be sticking together and fighting the2 points
