Bad parenting is bad parenting........rape of children is rape of children..... i dont see how a child rapist is any less to blame if the child has bad parents. Do you think less blame should be attached to a man who rapes women who wear mini skirts ? Do car thieves get a lighter sentence if the car was unlocked ? Stop trying to attach blame to the victims of animals we have imported from the third world.6 points

It would be madness to ferret your attic. The ferrets could become lost down the cavity walls. Then you'll have dead rats and dead ferrets stinking the house out. If you have holes in the garden or under outbuildings ferrets might be of use . Your best bet really is traps and ,failing them , poison. Yes, the body might smell but would you be happier with a live and odour-free rat making merry with your wiring and dropping disease into your water tank? Discovering why you have rats in the loft is important . Is the garden tidy? Are there b6 points

I think you’d being a bit misguided there sandymere . Personally I wouldn’t Shan myself by putting two dogs into a hare in any circumstances, but I’ve seen lads doing that out lamping. I also wouldn’t say that any of the jukels you’ve posted up are in any way shape or form bred for the improvement of the line or for competitive reasons . I think we have the worlds best coursing dogs here in this island. The husbandry and the genetics placed into in the pasta 50 years then cannot be compared to the average owner worldwide. Actually quite insulting to the lads who walk the stu5 points

Iv spoke to my local firearms officer this morning and told him what I think I have on my criminal record including arrests. he said he can’t offer advice on my chances as they will look into my application when I apply, but he advised me to apply as I have no convictions over 3 years. He also said they look at your current situation more than your past. If you seem to be a good citizen now and there’s nothing in your current situation to warrant a refusal there no reason why I shouldn’t be granted a license. the guy was sound on the phone really informative. When I watch Vids like those posted it really hammers home to me the unspoken tragedy of the ban on hare coursing in the uk . That the dogs purposefully bred on this little island for the running of that big east anglia land are superior to anything else found elsewhere on this planet in a comparative sport the names and the bloodlines of these dogs will be lost and gone in 30 , 40 years time . Where the f**k are galgos exported too? Bring yours down to the twenty road at Bourne this time next year and see how it performs against an average Fen dog or in the black down at the top of Cambridgeshire and you’ll see why no c**t has them. I’m not saying that the dogs aren’t doing anything elsewhere in the world , but your attempting to insinuate that dogs elsewhere are the equal of anything from this old place . They aren’t , few dogs are as specialised and as geared towards a specific quarry anywhere in the world as a fen type runner. To gloss those lads who chase the f3 points

To me faith is something personal and indefinable whereas religion is a language to express whats indefinable...hence id say i have faith but im not particularly religious. Not knowing the difference between faith and religion is where a lot of these type of conversations break down in my opinion.3 points

Got some sad news today. After 7 years of medical training, my good friend has been struck off after 1 minor indiscretion. He slept with 1 of his patients & now can no longer work in the job he loves. What a waste of time, training&money. A genuinely nice guy, and a brilliant vet2 points

They can use them as indicators as to your character and suitability eg whether you're prone to violent outbursts etc. Also some convictions can bar you for a set period or even life. As others have said, even speeding convictions can count against you if you have multiple as they are an indicator of no respect for the law. You need to declare everything. It's good you don't have any convictions but don't hide anything. As others have said, they can recall everything off the PNC and if you don't declare something it can lead to a refusal and even a prosecution. Be honest, talk to your local FA2 points

Lol Francie your not seeing the wood for the trees are you .Totally respect your life choice but trouble is it don’t stay at that does it .You and yours want to convert all and sundry to your backward thinking .Weve done the religion thing and was very amusing ,for an atheist anyway . Trouble in this country ,stems from the fact we are having our identity chipped away piece by piece to the point some of us don’t know who the feck we are anymore .Some of us hanker after what we once were ,warriors . Gay ,LGB whatever ,can f**k each other TIL their are areses are on fire for all I car2 points

I also believe no harm is done having a pup chained up around a dig, in the box, around the other dogs and gear, not come to any harm for me personally, and like said before beats being behind bars all day. Horses for courses and different things work for different people, wouldn’t leave an Earth a pup walked out without trying an older dog, too curious but that’s just me?2 points

Lol your getting me wrong mate .Ive no problem with anyone trying another terrier if mine said no ,crack on and I’ll help to dig your dog out lol. What I’m saying is why take an adult dog with a pup to a dig at all when starting the pup .Id rather come home without a dig or use another elsewhere than judge a pup on its first few outings . Im very quiet on a dig mate ,preferring to listen rather than talk ,get on rather than talk shite but you don’t know me so wouldn’t know that .More learned from staying quiet from both man and dog . One thing I’m not going to do 2020 is judge anyone2 points

I got an old Raleigh max fully rigid mountain bike from a car boot for £20. In really good condition and everything works. I don't intend throwing myself down a mountain on it, just to the shops and down a few farm tracks with the dogs. It does what i want it for, a bit old school but then so am i.2 points
