  1. Well after ringing my mate decided togo today, first light pissing down and blowing a hooley thought we had made a wrong'un. After driving up a flooded boggy lane things where looking even worse. We have had some hard times recently with ground that has RHD and Mixie, coupled with a few blanks because of that. I had suggested a piece of ground where we had a few at the start of the season, burrows we had already done. Well did not expect much as we had done them before this year, but needed a confidence boost, they are easy burrows. Parked the motor half way up the hedge as ground was so wet,

  4. Get with the times, every political party and it's politicians hate the little people. Labour highlights including Emily Thornberry's disgust at a constituent's van and St George's flag in his window, Gordon Brown caught calling a constituent 'that bigoted woman', Lord Mandelson's 'we'll rub their noses in diversity'. That's before we even start on the momentum sixth form politics club that want to supervise the little peoples' lives by way of communism. Forget the class warfare comrades, Labour politicians are just as well connected and from the same backgrounds as the Tories, Brexit Party, L

  5. Like most I was sick and tired of the commercialism of Christmas so a couple of years back I made a stand. I announced I was not going to buy my granddaughters more toys to make the pile bigger in their rooms. I decided I would buy them a life skill and have funded the eldest's swimming lessons to teach her to swim. Its cost me a fortune but every Sunday for the past two years; off we go to the local baths. She loves it, can swim and dive in. My work is done. This year its the youngest's turn at 3 years old. She's been going with her sister every now and then and loves it and so

  6. Not a chance mate,Joshua has just got his belts back and has two mandatorys to fight in Pulev and Usyk. Joshua/Hearn can make big money for less risk fighting in U.K stadiums and if the fights big enough a return to Saudi maybe,it's a no brainer from a business point of view. As for purse splits for Wilder and Fury, Hearn has already offered them 50/50 deals for the failed April Wembley show so how can he then go and offer them less now when Joshua has took a loss since the original offer ? Joshua is the biggest earner in the division by far no doubt about it.The fight the World wants is Joshu

  7. I keep hearing how people are suffering under the Conservatives yet for me, a white working class council estate male the worst times were under labour. Yes some people are struggling but really iv have great NHS care, my kids have a great education and plenty of opportunities. We live in a land of opportunities. If foreigners can come here with limited English or no English and build a life then so can anyone. Like I said I know some slip through the system but the worst of times have ALWAYS been under labour.

  8. So you're saying that deerhounds and their crosses are/were no good on deer? And that people that have owned said crosses, have fooled themselves into believing that their dogs were actually any good on deer, even though their freezers were full of venison, and these same dogs kept themselves in food, because the owners had no need to buy in? Yeah I see where you're coming from ?

  11. To me this time it's Democracy that's at stake here. It's only the Tory's and Brexit Party that are prepared to uphold Democracy. Democracy was hard won and many many people have died for it, but Lid - Dem's, Labour a the Green's don't want you to have it. Your Votes don't count any more to them. Well the referendum was not a One Armed Bandit where if you don't like the result you pull lever to get a different result. A Democratic Vote and the result must be upheld or Democracy is dead, a very dangerous situation. As for the f***ing Lid - Dem's, I can't believe a party in this country can be s

  16. Jukel123 you say corbyn would try to make people's lives better? Corbyn wants to see the end of me, people like me and the vast majority of people on this site. I have friends who live in hunt kennels who I know couldn't shoot their own hounds. I'd probably have to do it. I'd have to watch when hunt staffs homes are sold off after being used for hundreds of years. I have friends that live in tied farms on country estates, where their family have lived for generations, they would be finished as inheritance tax goes up and even more estates are broken up and sold to investors. 17. I think you are forgetting that the seeds of the 2008 meltdown were sown in the Blair years, you don’t seriously believe that nobody knew what the banks were up too? Blairs best mate George Bush jnr had the ex chiefs of Goldman Sachs making financial policy at the Whitehouse......policy that the whole of the worlds financial institutions embraced. But nobody got jailed.....the ordinary worker and business owner and plumber and miner and street sweeper....he was the one that suffered. But none of them c**ts suffered, Blair went off to a lucrative speaking career, Mandelson to the

  21. I like to keep my ferrets in big pens rather than hutches. I have the space and they are active in there running the pipes and climbing the mesh. Now I haven’t seen a difference in a ferrets working ability as such in regards to if it’s kept in a big pen or a good sized hutch but I’ve seen a well known Falconer this morning post that ferrets kept in big enclosures kill more rabbits below ground than ferrets kept in a hutch. I think it’s some kind of old wives tale but I could be wrong. Thoughts??????

Sausagedog is correct, there’s no age restrictions on shotguns, supervised up to the age of 15, not allowed to buy or rent one until 18, you can apply for a shotgun certificate at any age, a lad who is a member of my syndicate has had a shotgun certificate alongside his dads since he was 12 and was shooting 20’s and 410’s long before that, supervised of course

A farming lad put me on to this place he had told me it was loaded and he was right when I got there around 8 yesterday the Mrs drove down a track and we must have seen a hundred , when we stopped I had to walk up a massive hill and even in the Rain and Gale they were still Bucking about but has we had come a fair way I thought I would stick it out and get a few wires down and has I set the first the Hail started and soaked me to the Bones so I had to give it best , when we returned this Morning the Rabbits were everywhere even sitting in groups of half dozens and when I got to the top of th

  48. It's a complicated question Nolly. Do you mean the KC registered dogs or the type? The "type" has been worked for at least 2 hundred years and still is to this day. The "type" was one of the 1st to be registered by the KC in the 19th century as a Fox Terrier. The KC Fox Terrier is not a breed that is worked in the UK. The "type" was registered again by the KC in late 20th century. The KC Parson Russell is not generally regarded as a working terrier 30 odd years after its recognition but the price of pups has vastly improved. £700 to £1000 being the sort of price for pet but not show quali
