  5. Mate, you are in a bad place at the moment.......take a deep breath and just give yourself a month. 76 is no age and if your beloved wife saw something in you she would be heartbroken to think you didn’t see it in yourself. Theres is always a sunrise and there is plenty out there for you still. You have cared for your wife with tenderness and love for a long time and there are hundreds of people who really need someone who has that skill and experience........someone who has been there......find them, find an organisation that needs you. Make her proud old chap.

  6. Perhaps you've just proved the point exactly....we will all carry on regardless...and our planet will suffer, of course it will, we breed like rats and live in filth.... its what we are, it's a passing stage because at some point our time will be over and the earth will continue regardless... Religion maybe hampers the view a touch, evolution is a continuous thing imo, once we go another thing will come to carry on, or the surviving animals (crocs aint had a bad innings!! Lol) will inherit what's left... whether it was a God that created us or not, as an animal we treat everything with di

There are rows, insults, laughs.....you name it. But, I bet the one thing every lad on here would have in common is that they found Iworkwhippets post unfathomably sad and heart braking..........and I bet at this moment every last one of them would be on the mans side and wishing they could put an arm round his shoulder in his time of need. Everyone is rooting for you matey, make no mistake about

  14. When I was about 13yrs old I kept my ferrets in my friends garage and a stray border terrier x lab (sandy)that used to be abused by owner became a regular visitor to the garage . He would follow me to school about half mile away and sit at the gates till I came out! He was a brilliant ratter and boy could he scrap. He ended up living in the garage after me n few mates had enough of his abusive owner when I was 16yrs old I bought a van for ferreting trips and he was always 1st choice to go even over mates lol died aged 18 and when people say you only get one "real" dog in your life

  21. Had my first session for over a month this afternoon. Only went local and just took one rod and minimal tackle. It was just nice to get out after the enforced lay-off. I had a swim in mind that is on the opposite bank to where I usually fish and I have seen some good chub there whilst walking the dog. I fished with a small ball of paste flavoured with salmon and cheese. It usually works well for chub. First bite though was a humongous catfish that I fought for ages before swinging it in to hand..... It is now cooling off in my freezer. I'll use it as a dead

  23. I read recently that a lot of countries are closing down their dirty industries so they can claim they are doing their bit towards reducing their carbon footprint. But all they do is import stuff from the third world or china which have dirtier emissions than we have. So overall carbon production worldwide is increased. Mad.

  27. What is a shame is that poor kid needs guidance in the correct manner in her young life and her parents are happy for her to be abused by their idols, instead of protecting her they thrust her into the world stage where she can’t cope in crowds of people already. This girl is the type that is so brainwashed by bad people taking advantage of her that she’s a perfect stat for suicide she’s so full of self haterid. Shame on her parents

I didnt have time to address this nonsense the other day but i must say im finding all this f****n hilarious....so is this the reason for the crazed irrational hatred you have for me,you having a Thai bride ?...ok yes like many other men do im prone to have a laugh about blokes who get themself a " postage stamp bride " as ive often labelled them....but what am i a clairvoyant or something how the f**k was i supposed to know ?......you see this is what happens when people dont speak with sincerity.....i remember you once going into a psychotic paranoid outburst on here slagging me about some p

There’s nothing better than free range kids, get them started young, Hugo started coming out with us when he 3, as soon as he could walk, I have nephews that I have taken out once or twice that have been corrupted by the PlayStation generation and are not interested in anything apart from the rifles, I fear it’s to late for these little whoppers but when you get them early and show them things that there mates never get to see, you can make a proper decent lad or lass out of them ?

  35. So how many of these climate change activists, would really live in a zero growth world? To me there the sort of people who put their dog mess in a plastic bag then chuck the bag on the floor or if they care about the environment they hang the bag from a tree!

  37. A strange one today. Slipped her in high wind, drizzle, wet and windy with intermittent visibility. She disappeared into the fog on her gull, we were tracking her for a couple of hours I suppose. Then suddenly the magic box said sitting. We honed in on her walking across a valley, and there she was with two crows side by side and both still warm. I would say that she was probably plucking her kill and was being mobbed and one of the antagonists got too close and he paid the penalty, lol. Kill 31 & 32.

  38. If you think there is 4 genders your as nuts as the rest of them ? A bloke who thinks he,s a woman doesnt create a new gender he,s just a f****d up bloke thats all. Personally im not willing to play this game anyone who thinks theres more than 2 genders i just dismiss as mentally unwell, its not even a conversation.

  39. I feel your pain fellah...? Some breeds are just, ...different...? However, I fared worse than you bonny lad,....back in the 1980s, I bred a hybrid that was, at the time, a bit of an unknown quantity,...and due to the good old Exchange and Mart, becoming spooked and consequently refusing to take my advert for lurchers pups, I ended up with eight, fecking crazy, Cattle dog x Greyhound dog pups, and their equally manic twin sisters... By the time an advert came out, enabling me to move on the feckers and wean myself off the Valium tabs,.the pups were 4 months old, proper mini-mo

I've never had a Huntsman but, I've had a few Daystates and, they've all been spot on - I only got rid because the electronics and the service costs make me cringe I've had a 510 Ultimate Sporter that was also very good. I like Air Arms so, from your choices, my recommendation would be the 510 But, don't rule out the HW100 - Best all round sub 12 pcp that money can buy Better still, with your budget, buy a proper rifle like a TX200 and, still have enough left over for some pellets and a back street knee trembler w
