  1. Pups an absolute cracker, rogue is a top lad wouldn’t even accept any money at all when I offered, and he drove an hour to take couple hours of my journey. Be good if the dog game was full of lads like him.

Brian entered and rattled him about for 20 minutes until he bolted and was cleanly missed by a gun on a stand,?3 spot of day produced a nice little fox that was cleanly shot at end of a wood ,good day but cold as he'll , pic of the 2 terriers facing the wind lol

  9. Hi fellow squirrel shooters , I've been a bit busy with them since the new year , had a bit of a year off from shooting in general the year before but I've been making up for it since My total to date this year is 48 , I was hoping to celebrate my first post with a 50 but I missed three this morning ? due to the windy conditions still managed 4 squirrels and a pigeon ? The only pic I have is of my first outing of the year

  10. Due to ill health I’m packing up for a while , got some good Ferrets , don’t want them to go just anywhere , would rather there used and well looked after , that’s the main thing, genuine site members only , not lurkers , like said good Ferrets , used to sandy deep warrens , chalk hedges, and big ditches , south east ,

They have been mooching around the chicken pen last couple of days , thought I’d better get pro active ..the string goes to a bait , the other end is tied to a wooden spoon that clatters against the frame , it wakes my wife up , she wakes me , charlie gets it !

  16. Wilbur foxhound is right when he says that a ricochet doesn’t just go forward. I got hold of some 22lr tracers and was very surprised at the angles they ricocheted . For anyone inexperienced with this round , it would do them good to let off a box . You would be amazed where they go , it’s a bit disconcerting , but it will let you know what happens to the bullet after you pull the trigger. I admire anyone who asks advice because we can all learn something. And with shooting if you do make a mistake it may have serious consequences.

  21. I honestly don't know, Len. I'm ruling out digital manipulation at this point because the film maker insists it wasn't tampered with. I'm willing to accept that for now and that answer is just too easy at this point. He's also catching a lot of stick for the length of time it's taken to release the footage which is over 2 years. It's a tough call to hypothesise this one as we don't have a picture of the equipment he used to take the footage only a description. Without any further information to that I'm going with insect, small bird, or something floating like a large feather. Without kno

  27. Most of the finest lurchers ive seen in the field were not owned by me.I like lurchers, any type any quarry any reason to own and hunt one, even if its not my type or the way i hunt.I admire a useful lurcher and the owner that took the time and effort to make it that way.Ive spent decades wishing i owned other peoples lurchers that impressed me in the field. The best dogs ive ever owned were nearly as good as the lurchers i most admired and never owned.I did manage to get the odd pup out of them though.

Gl is actually telling the truth , anything goes with liberals, the mayor of nyc just signed a law that states woman can have an abortion upto birth, an they were glefully enjoying it, total an utter scumbags. Liberals are for incest, beastiality, homosexuality etc nothing is sacred, there a bunch of vile rats.

  35. I can remember dave giving me a video of him and Joe and it had a bit of his dogs coursing on it and they didn't have much success and found mine ran similar to the style of the dogs on the video.dont get me wrong he definitely caught and had some good courses but my other dogs had alot more success I'm sure at the time I could have passed him on and someone would have had a dog to there standards but if he wasn't he'd have been passed around and that isn't for me.if I have a dog its got a home for life regardless(unless it did something drastic like bit my kids or something).he's the only dog

  36. I had 2 good deerhoundx greyhounds from dave over the years, both were worked hard on all sorts of quarry on all sorts of terrain all over the place, they suited me and my type of hunting,to me they are one of the old style traditional lurchers, allright I know there not every ones type of lurcher these days, but evey body doesn't want to own bullxs and saluki hybrids, seen in this months edrd , that dave sleight has one of daves 12th generation English deerhounds at stud, looks a good solid and sound animal to me, like it or not dave plats has done a lot of hardwork and planning into his deerho
