  1. Didn't have a decent pic of the Pup so took her in the studio today and set one up. One with the terrier too which was a pain in the arse as they only tolerate each other at the minute. But still ordered a piece of art work for the wall and even the Mrs likes it .

  2. Well not so much a pup now at 16 month old but really pleased with how she’s coming on. Went out for a bit of a mouch just as it was getting dusk, it’s public land with thick woodland and the odd open field which backs onto a housing estate but i rarely see anyone else other than the odd dog walker . There is the odd rabbit or two but they’re well clued up and rarely stray more than a couple of yards from cover but surprisingly this one strayed out in the open maybe thirty yards from cover, the bitch saw it before me and ran it and managed to grab it at the second attempt just before it

  3. Quite funny in anther way as these little pricks walking round feeling invincible are a direct result of the limp wristed left wing must,nt slap your children bla bla bla tree hugging Sandle and sock wearing liberal twats that have hijacked society removed any line that should,nt be crossed, stolen every parents right to give there own kid a smack and enforced there thinking on the less well educated on how to rear your feral child on a council estate, were as if someone came out and issued a good smack in the mouth to the said offender he would think before he done it again, the lefties are

  12. I think this sort of stuff is because of a lack of mentors in modern society. Elders who instil morals in youngsters and teach them acceptable ways of directing their energy and base urges. It's disgraceful behaviour. Imagine if you was watching the same happen to your dog...

  14. yep fair point , none of my family are into hunting , my parents weren't , neither brothers or sisters, neither is my son. But every one of them eats meat, fish, etc , over the years i taken my lad ferreting, lamping, but he was never really interested he rather play football and still does to day at 31 . they all say the same thing to me as long as a animal killed humane / quick they dont mind , but they could never hunt them selves . Regards Ben Fogle like say , i think he puts good program on and he hunts and killed animals in the new lives in wild , he did in few of the other serie

  15. I moved a fenn into a big tree opening I found and had a young squirrel yesterday evening checking them the second time of the day. I also had my second snared squirrel on a log I put up about a week ago. I checked again this morning and the same snare was chewed off so either it was pulled off by a fox or he chewed off, but I'm getting there. I've made the loop alot bigger, one thing I did was on my first catch, held the squirrel to my other snares and the noose was way too small. I have my dads funeral today but hopefully I'll have a catch later this evening. Two weeks of missed catches but

  20. I said I’d do a quick update on ace as I’ve been getting a few pms about him lately. First cross bull whippet for those that remember me posting a few years back. He’s done all I ask of him. Very handy dog on the lamp. He’s mostly used on fox which he has no problem at all with. A very good dog by day and night. Many people ask about his speed, it’s not bad. He has a very quick get off. Catches most of his slips and will burst cover in pursuit of anything. Ive been so pleased with the little dog that I bred him and have two pups that are 13 weeks old. They are bull whip grey. Here’

  32. what i cant abide is people with a full throttle hatred of hunting without ever actually going beyond the "killing things" tagline. most around my way have some link to hunting because its so rural. 5/6 of the football boys have done it or do it regular. its not a alien thing around here luckily. only anti in my circle is my mother in law. shes a knob, claims to be a veggie and hates hunters but ive seen her eat mcdonalds chicken nuggets before, waves away any suggestion shes a hypocrite. highlight of my year was when i served her new boyfriend boar pie. he loved it and wouldnt shut

  34. I know a couple of smashing blokes who target shoot, but find hunting abhorrent. Just down my street, there's a lovely lady who runs a couple of greyhounds, but is a strict vegetable-ist (I found that out when my dog came trotting back with a rabbit in his mouth - that was an awkward conversation !). They're nice people, and everyone is entitled to their opinion. I want to stay friends with them, so we don't have that debate ! Simples ! Fogle is, without a doubt, a hypocrite, but it doesn't stop me watching "New Lives in the Wild".............
