Picked up my Free new FX X barrel from my local RFD as promised from Tony at A-S-I Fitted the barrel to the impact and zero was still spot on , then rushed of to one of my permissions to catch the last 10 minutes of daylight . Soon as I got the gun out of the van , I spotted a rabbit at the salad farm about 100 yards away I thought . Zapped the range finder on the rabbit and a read out came out at 117 yards . It's amazing the way people change their opinions on similar things. Most agree that these lard arses are wrong but at the same time support that old boy that shot that planning offical over building an illegal house. Yes boar can be pretty rough on a dog but it really doesnt take any level of gameness to catch and hold a boar.Ive known complete curs that wouldnt even tackle a fox single handed catch and hold boar.

I've got a good quality walker for the dogs and used in conjunction with other forms of exercise ie swimming galloping etc it's a very good piece of equipment

Interesting to see the various patterns. I remember years ago trying out .22 shotshells. It was summer and i had a pair of shorts on. I had leant a thick piece of marine ply against a few bricks with a rat target on it similar to yours. From a distance of about 5 yds i shot at it and most of the shot bounced off the marine ply and hit me in the legs, i think that was the day i learned to dance! ?

we had a big old moon here last night. but I went the night before, first time lamping with a dog in years and the bitch has not been, she ran 4 and cought 2, the two she managed to box of the hedge and back in to the open, great fun, I remember now why I used to go 2 or 3 times a week, its addictive lol.
