Decided last night to have a couple of hours out on the foxes again. It was an overcast night and a bit of a breezy so great conditions. Good job I did! Got in position at just gone 9:00. Within ten minutes fox number one showed up, trotting towards me at around 250 yards weaving through the bales then turning right to follow along a tramline. Just before it got in line with me and would have been down wind I gave it a squeak it stopped on the spot and down it went. A further twenty minutes pasted and whilst watching a roe strolling across in front of me I noticed another fox on th7 points

Mickle123 pm me last year because I posted on here that I dug in Hampshire. I took a chance and took him out with me in Gloucestershire. I can tell anyone on here that he is 100% . He is a northern lad who has moved because of work down south and has no network down here . He is an ex service man and a straight flyer . I have had him out since , hunting with our local pack on a number of occasions and have had him on my shoot and trust him . I will be introducing him to a couple of keepers in Hampshire , so he can go beating and hopefully build up some contacts. He has terriers and a handy Lu4 points

Hiv, Aids dont just affect woggs and batty boys.... So cant see why a black rabbit would be healthy and the others full of mixi? Cant see a farmer or landowner keeping the disease alive in some f***ing laboratory lol and dropping infected black rabbits out and about... Too many in a warren when its wet or warm will cause disease imo, so numbers self regulate. ?3 points

Caught a mixi rabbit with my hands yesterday sat under my truck at breaktime in work, Walked 2 fields next to the site counted about 30 rabbits sat out at dinnertime, most had mixi by the looks of them. Lurcher pups last jab next Saturday, will get her out amongst them, stock up on ferret food at least...... Theres a place local to me and i always see black rabbits sat out, caught a few over the years never ever any with signs of mixi.... Always nice and healthy, cant see mixi being restricted to a certain colour? Old wife's tale imo2 points

Do your own thing, walk your own path and make your own mistakes. As soon as you seek unknown company you wear oily footwear. It pays to have a mucker with the same intentions as yourself, watch yer back, lend an helping hand and then feck you over.It takes years to meet the right uns, until then slip alone and dig for two.2 points

Seen this in fourteenacre before. Bit pricey but if you got the money I'd imagine it could be a worthwhile investment as could be used different things https://www.fourteenacre.co.uk/shop/minkpolice-remote-monitoring-alarm/1 point

I'm definitely a subscriber to the theory that a more expensive gun doesn't make you a better shot. How totally refreshing. Well said. I've seen people with guns costing many thousand of pounds that couldn't hit anything. Occasionally a bird will fly into the pattern. And the young lad with a single barrel that knocks everything down. Ive even seen a bloke throw a very expensive gun throw a gun through the air like a boomerang and the barrels get stuck in the mud. Wicked and stupid.1 point

Switched to shot this evening. Smooth bore muzzleloaders are so versatile. In the picture you see my own made shot bag, flask and a tin of lube, wads and ball. U.1 point
