Love watching the old dog go. His a lot of fun. We passed a gateway and quite a lot of rabbit sign so I though mmm nice thick hedge running down there is a good chance of a bunny heading across this gape. I had a stop net in me bag but no pegs so I had to improvise The dog was disgusted by me effort and I could see him thinking Phil Lloyd come and get me ffs So off we went down the hedge enjoying the time. Sure enough it kicked off. The rabbit came running up inside the hedge with dog in tow. Then broke out in front of the dog. They started headed towards me well10 points

I did this one of my Pitbull terrorising a young child on a local park but the Mrs isn't keen and has threatened to leave me if I don't get rid so if anyone wants it it's yours for £50 plus postage. I will do commissions but please PM me about price, thanks.8 points

Sat a double high seat yesterday evening with my son and waited til it got cooler , watching a doe and kid in front of us out feeding . Tried a few calls and the doe came running as expected but no buck .Eventually a buck came in a field to our right chasing a doe . Few peeps had him stopped and he walked to the low fence between us but instead of hopping over he carried on up the fence line and out of view behind a large bramble patch . Carried on calling and sure enough he was heard to the bottom right of the seat , thrashing the brambles out of sight . Another quiet peep and he’s right und6 points

Bought Jimmy`s old HW 77 .177 cal, and she arrived today. Very well packed Jimmy . Well, set her up, plumb lined and leveled the old Hawke scope i have spare, ( just to start her off with) . Then onto the range in my garden 38 yds zero. Didn`t take long to achieve 1st zero. Lovely, silky smooth action with the Sandwell Field Sports tune. She`s looking a great addition. Beautiful classic hunter. atb Mark.5 points

Another night, another outing again at the shoot. Not as overcast so was much lighter than Tuesday night so not ideal to park a silver hilux in the middle of a field, so I decided to get up on a bale stack the next field up from where I shot the three on Tuesday. Perfect 360 vision although one of the farm workers was on the field behind me with the scuffle on the back so not ideal but, just after 10:00 a 3/4 grown dog fox wasn’t perturbed by the noise and wondered across the freshly baled field in front of me looking for anything which had fallen victim to the combine. I must of watched him f5 points

How Islam progressively takes over countries September 23, 2015 When the Muslim population remains under 2% in a country, they will be seen primarily as a peace-loving minority and not as a threat to other citizens. This is the current situation in: United States — Muslim 0.6% Australia — Muslim 1.5% Canada — Muslim 1.9% China — Muslim 1.8% Italy — Muslim 1.5% Norway — Muslim 1.8% As the Muslim population reaches 2% to 5%, they begin to recruit from ethnic minorities and disaffected groups, within prisons and street gangs. This is happening in: Denmark — Muslim 2%5 points

Great to see some young tykes at the beginning of their long journey. Personally, I love having a few pups around the place, they make the hunting life so very exciting... Every walk out, every wee discovery and each new experience, is an adventure in itself... I miss mouching around with a young lurcher, you can go anywhere, do anything,...no problems, no stress...?3 points

Don't know if anybody is interested and it might be a nice thing to do with the kids, the Big Butterfly Count is on now. They want you to count the butterfly's in a fifteen minute slot and the different species. We have loads more Butterfly's this year. Heres the link if you want to do it with the kids. https://www.bigbutterflycount.org/ Cheers Arry3 points

Took the kids to South Wales a couple of times when they were young.., too young for Oakwood really. There was a place called Folly Farm just down the road..., had all the old fairground rides laid out on barns + animals, go-karting..., loads of stuff for kids. I remember it was decent value for money too.3 points

Have you ever been to Israel? Believe me, they appear to have, but are definitely not.. and not because you or I say so, but because they insist they are not. And factually, they are correct. I support the right for Israel to exist, it DOES exist, and it exists for the reason many Nation states exist. They are up front about it.. in Israel. What I don't like is the fact that they move to other countries and try to undermine the existing State.. which is evident if you look.2 points

A few weeks back, Si was down this way with his missus - I think they were spending the night in Cheltenham or something. Anyway, Si popped into my work and surprised me with this Philippines Simmonds Whitetail Classic 3.5-10x50 Due to being busy and short staffed at work, I've only managed to get it on the Mercury Challenger today. It's a cracking scope - I can't wait to get out and get a good session with it. Now, both of my retro springers have nice scopes with a good, simple duplex reticle Cheers Si, Much appreciated mate2 points

I think the MI5 stuff has been put out by the far right and latched on to by others to try and de-legitimize him. Because he dislikes the far right and is to some extent a Zionist, which basically means he believes in the existence of the jewish state. Much like myself.2 points

Got up the shoot at 8:00 had a quick check of the zero which was still bang on, 1” high at 100 yds. Got to the spot where I wanted to be alongside a cover crop where I’d seen a fox two nights before but the wind was completely wrong so I changed my plan and drove two field on where I know there is always a fox lurking. There are a set of tramlines which run right down the middle of the field which I always park up on and it was ideal as the wind was coming right into my face. What wasn’t ideal though was that there was a fox already out in the field which clocked me before I clocked it and wen2 points

General rule is if you call a patterdale and he comes straight back then get rid of him. He should be thinking about what's in front of him and ignoring who's behind him.???? He should only come when you have 1 kilo of beef in your hand. Then he would come anyway even if you didn't call him or told him to go away. ?2 points

So after yesterday's downpour I decided it would be a good idea to head over to my new permission again. Lots of nice damp green grass the bunnies would be out and gourging on it I told myself. Got there and sure enough plenty of rabbits around, however it was blowing a gale! 40mph gusts apparently. Rabbits were very nervous which is unusual for this bunch, I couldn't get within 60 yards before they scattered! Pigeons were the same, couldn't get near them. After an hour of stalking, a rabbit wandered out about 25 yards in front of me. Just as I lined up my shot a buzzard flew over,2 points

I'd wager that the establishment are getting nervous at the amount of support this mans cause is getting and to try n stop it would further his support and turn us natives against the establishment itself and vote accordingly2 points

Dog training is 90% conditioned response, so like training a dog to do anything, the most important rule is to only give the command when you're in a position to enforce it. That doesn't mean you should bash the dog, but if you tell him to come, he should come at once - there should be nothing optional about it. And it's a slow, step by step process over a month or more. So to begin with, only tell him to come when he probably wants to. Then make a fuss of him when he comes. When that gets entirely predictable, tell him to come when he might not want to, but isn't particularly distracted. If y2 points
