Opted for a late BBQ today, it got a bit fresh once the sun went down but it was bloody lovely. Then sat out in the dark with a glass of wine listening to the tawny owls....I am so ready for summer and doing that most nights.

I lined my bitch 5 weeks ago. She's australian cattle dog x greyhound. I put my mates saluki greyhound over her. Should make decent all rounders. Both dogs are seasoned hunters and well tested on all. Atb Adam

Coffee is my beverage of choice though i only drink instant . Though my mate has opened an independent Coffee shop in Doncaster and I called in a wile back and had a latte with a slice of carrot cake and I insisted I paid the fiver for it as it can't be easy for the independent Coffee shops with the likes of Costco and such like and I would sooner give my money to independent Coffee shops than the big chain Coffee shops.

I’m not interested in discussing dogs from a quarter of a century ago. most of the top dogs from the era discussed were from the north of England which I class as a line from Manchester to hull. lamping dogs down south have more hammer than anywhere else that’s a fact no one can refute , there’s a reason lamping matches are held there . My eldest son (he has dove/snorkelled with sharks in a few places) said the best place for numbers of whale sharks are the Galápagos Islands and the sea of Cortez for numbers,but there’s a few places in SEA where you can almost guarantee an encounter.

People get taken by sharks over here quite often. Me and my mate were on the news when we were young blokes when a school of around 40 Hammerhead sharks were underneath us when we were on surfboards and didn't hear the shark alarm. We were filmed from a helicopter overhead. We were lucky they weren't Bull sharks.

Certainly had some fun over the years with lurchers mate since getting my first one in the 70s and met some good lads along the way a few sadly no longer with us.

Left at 4am, drove to Devon, full days hunting, was going to find a pub to stop in after but was feeling wide a wake so jumped in the van and drove home. 9pm and I'm home again and arranging a days fishing tomorrow

I used to have a 1600 sierra (pinto) engine mated up to a sierra diesel gearbox that went into everyone of the cars I raced. Back then the nissan bluebirds were the in cars , stronger than the sierras , capris were coming to an end very few about cheap .

My mate went diving on a trip to galapagos I wanted to go but couldn't make it the camera man was filming and it went dark above them when he pointed camera up I've never seen so many sharks hammerheads tigers etc must of been 100s if we don't hit the whale sharks down koh tao we're thinking of jumping over to the Philippines for few days for them we just missed them in Mexico last time but its something I've always wanted to do since I was at primary school
