Always remember a local deer park next to the municipal golf course holding a load of rabbits. It was lit quite well by nearby street lights so we decided wait till dark and get it ferreted lol. The night in question was full moon and crisp with frost, after climbing the 6 foot perimeter fence with nets ferret and small whippet type, we walked the park dog lifted a couple but plenty went to ground. Nets set in went 2 ferrets with bells on their collars (what we'd read in a poaching book lol), rabbits bolted well enough, brown and whites, black one, couple of ginger coloured ones and the normal21 points

Like a lot of us my permissions have seen a fairly dramatic fall in rabbit numbers but despite this there are some pockets on some very public land that seem to be immune to the disease that I feel has savaged rabbits overall. My master plan was let’s try and re populate my permissions with some of these rabbits, the issue they are crawling with people during daylight hours. So it has to be at night, I tried last year with a member of here to longnet but had limited success so I decided to try ferreting them at night. I found a spot with a long footpath running straight through the middle with15 points

I’ve always considered the worst cruelty of diseases like cancer is their randomness…….there’s no fairness or whatever about it, it’s cruel because it is so random. That woman didn’t choose her position in life, she didn’t choose to get cancer and she just so happens to be in a position where yes, she will get the best care…..but as far as I can see, if you are rich or poor it will kill you all the same if that’s how it pans out. I couldn’t help but feel tonight that they may not have wanted to tell the young kids but due to the small minded nature of a country with frankly far13 points

I may be wrong, and I’ll get shit for it, but I hope our, my, football team never win another match while wearing that shirt with the adulterated flag adorning it ! Our flag doesn’t just represent our country; it represents US ! No other country in the world would allow there flag to be desecrated. Cheers.10 points

I always tend to think the best type of punishment for people like this is to punish their families as well.......let it be known publicly early on that this is the way its going to be thereby forcing people to accept theres consequences way beyond your own mortality, particularly in foreign lands....force families to be accountable for the monsters they are raising.9 points

We were talking about this, this morning. My view was that those two b*****ds that beheaded Lee Rigby , and other evil people like them, should wake up every morning looking forward to the same treatment….. Cheers.9 points

Spot on with that post mate. I myself have recently had blood tests done to detect prostate cancer and have kept it to close family and mate's i have not told a soul at work as i did not want to become the topic of the gossip mongers who most lead sad boring lives anyway. Thankfully the test results came back negative though their is abnormalities on one of the tests saying diabetes. Anyone who has no empathy what this young woman is going through like thousands like her and their families up and down the country need to have a long look in the mirror then say to themselves what an horrible c9 points

It’s a bit like the problem family when your kids are in school teachers and everyone else pandering to there every need bending over backwards not to upset them, I was asked to be nice to such a family after they started an issue with my daughter, then my wife when she intervened, had a phone call from the headmaster asking me not to upset them for fear of reprisal, so I knocked the door and kicked the old man all the way through the house in front of his vile family I then told them each time any of my kids got grief I would give there dad a more savage beating, had a formal apology from the8 points
