cooking fish

i put mine in a frying pan cover with watter add two table spoons of vinigar bring to the boil and switch off and leave for 8 mins eat either hot or cold

Full fish salmon etc are good poached in water,white wine,green peppercorns,bay leaves,chives,butter and a couple of slices of lemon.Completely cover and seal the container and contents with foil. Cook slowly for an hour or so until fish comes away easily from the bone.
