Folding air rifle

Was gonna sort B2 out and use that, maybe cut barrel down. What is the shortest i can cut the barrel realisticaly??

You would be better off with a something like an HW45 than a cut down B2. Cutting any rifle barrel effects it's accuracy and as it's a B2 to begin with it sounds like you're trying to polish a turd. ;)

Experiment by all means but the minute you get the hacksaw out there is no going back. You'd be much better off buying proper hunting gear than f*****g around with cut up pieces of Chinese steel.

True, i was just thinking of a bit of an experiment with it, something interesting to do.

Got an ultra so thats the hunter :thumbs:

did,nt millet put up for auction a fold away air rifle it looked spot on

you could cut through the stock behind the action finish both edges and hinge and clip it so it folds open and closed and even look into threading the barrel on and off but not sure about the legalities of it?

another idea;

the ratty stock is held on by 2 bolts. change the top one for a sprung pin of somedescription and take a bit out of the stock and the whole stock should fold up towards the gun

i did a google search for custom rat catchers a while ago, and it did come up with a few folding rat catchers from the states, some of them looked dam fine, u can also get a screw in stock for the rat catcher, but it looked a bit shit.
