Ryeuken 7
now out of intrest if you thought you had a dog capable would you enter it to its first fox single handed.sorry for the daft question .but a decent awnswer would be nice some people don't have a choice! only owning one Lurcher and not having any friends with Lurchers severly limits your options! the dog should be able to stop it quick enough but if it's struggling to finish it off then big boots and a knife could come in handy! are you serious? allgame 0
stabbed them if im in a rush saves time or if they have a pup good from about four months old our pups are running with the big dogs but they usally arnt much good untill 7-8 months , i dont see an issue with it if it's for the right reasons. ill run them duobled and if theres not many about everything in the ute gets a chew i know agian i'll proberly be had a go at about running the dogs young but we've never had a pup brought up this way that hasnt hit hard by 12 months and would happily kill on it's own and by 6,7,8 months of age we know if it's worth keeping. just the way i do it we it. DiStuRBeD 0
single is ideal but most of the time its multiple dogs.... but the reason being we hunt off utes, eg there might be 2 dogs untethered on the back of the ute... if we get a fox in the light both dogs will go Quote Link to post
