listen stop trying to be a smart arse and make yourself look clever the original arguement was that you stated that dogs got their energy from carbs .... FALSE ..... you also said taht cooked food is the same as raw ... FALSE .... i quoted what you said and answered you on page 4 ....... as for the run do you honestly think i would get into a pissing competition with you :D:D:D ..... i can honestly say that whether it was a run lifting stamina or which ever combination you chose ... you would end up the loser ;););) ........

Creatine!!!...man i hate that stuff!...100% all natural whey, thats the gear you want Stabs!...should help in your Ale-Curls!..lol.

Kye,..

PS...i didnt know thatabout rabbit meat though?,...i thought fish (like Tuna and Salom etc) where the highest in protein?...i would think rabbit was quite low on the scale...having said that, Turkey is a great sourse of protein...i will always be a stickler for a good 38oz steak though...not even rare, just blue...slap it on the arse, and chuck it on a plate!.. :D

stabs you sure your getting enough carbs in your diet if creatines giving you shits i got advised buy a pro bodybuilder to make sure i have enough carbs when taking it i dont take it no more when i did though it made me stronger speeded up my recovery rate and its supposed to help your stamina also supposed to increase muscle mass but you get that from a proper diet lol. think it was 1st or 2nd page of this topic were someone said about steroids and creatine dont think i miss read it but creatine is 100% natural u produce it in your body naturally from red meats and stuff your just adding more to your body to help recvoery.

socks i thought it was protein that repaired and grows muscle. i dont see why people want to add it to a dogs diet to get more out of them? youve got to load up on it and everything anyway?
