woodland ferreting

right most of my ferreting has been on open pasture land but i was told to ferret a pine wood to thin down the rabbits that were hammering a rape feild :o

as you can see the trees are low to the ground so most of the netting was done on hands and knees :o

we had a vistor for most of the day very nosey he was to :lol:

we ended the sesion with 45 big healthy rabbits :) good hunting all woodga :ph43r:

Well done Woody........ i love woodland ferreting....The Bumping always seems louder when your crouched down antisipating a bolt when amongst some trees, dont you think?

Next thing you hear is the the crash of leaves of a bolting Rabbit.....unfortunately its usualy from a Hole that youve missed :):lol::lol::lol:

Dont mention holes that have been missed,as a beginner to ferretting that is my biggest fault :haha:
