Guest TIMMAY
This saturday i am going out beating for the first time! Apparently i am getting 'paid with a few pheasants. Despite having friends and family who have kept chickens in the past, no one is able to tell me how to prepare a pheasant! Could anyone give me any pointers or know of a good website as i have no clue how to prepare them. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

sniffer 167
just before you put the pheasant in the oven wrap bacon over its breast this gives it a little more flavor and goes crispy like crackelin......tasty.....
