i know what everyone is going to say get a harris or a redtail but, everyone has got one and i do understand about how they make good beginer birds, the thig is ive heard of a lugger going for good money, realy well manned and flys like a dream aparently.

also i have a good friend that has been flying birds for years who wil help me along the way in anyway i need.

just wunderd if anyone flies or has flown one of these birds and your opinions on them.

not being clever or owt mate, but if your getting a bird thats already well manned and flys like a dream and its your first bird you will learn nothing from it , all the work has been done for you, i have just took another FM harris hawk up and i have learnt more with this one than any other that i have trained shes wild, im learnng something new every day with her she is testing me to the limit they say harris hawks are easy to train but this little cow aint but still im getting alot of experience with her ready for my goss . if its your first bird start from scratch

thanks for the replys fellas

i thort i should get a bird that had been started off so i coud learn weight managment and flying techniques before i move on to learning how to train a bird.

ive been told this bird was taking crow so my target species would have been corvids and seagulls.

cheers
