muckboots

Recommended Posts

Hi I have a pair of spey muckboots and i think they are the best boots for not that much money.

They do get a bit mashed up by barbwire fences and such but they are still water proof and i have had mine for a couple of seasons. They are so warm that sometime it feels like your feet are going to over heat in them.

They are good.

Regards Roger, P.S if you look at my profile pic what to you think I am wearing, apart from a f**ing great coat!!!

A pink swimming cap. :whistling:

A WORD OF WARNING SNOOP. REMEMBER WHEN I CAME TO YOURS SNOOP , WELL I HAD MINE ON THEN, AND TO BE HONEST ON THAT STEEP STUFF, THERE NOT THE BEST.

I FOUND MY FOOT SLIDING TO THE FRONT , TO MUCH GOING DOWN HILL. THIS BECAME VERY UNCOMFORTABLE

NOW I LOVE WELLIES AND I THINK THESE ARE THE BEST, BUT ON THEM FELLS AS SJM HAS SAID. I WOULD STICK WITH A GOOD PAIR OF HIKING BOOTS.

I LIVE IN REALITIVLY FLAT LAND HERE IN THE EAST MIDS , AND FOR WALKING ACROSS WET PLOUGH , FERRETING OR LAMPING THERE GREAT , AND VERY WARM
