One the other day

not slaging you of smudge or anything as your out there doing it, living the life... :good:

but snaring is in my eyes the worst possible form of 'hunting', what excitment can it bring? yes your finding a run and setting a snare, but then the next day you check it and have a dead fox... pointless, save them for the terriers, or the lurcher work.

But if i'm correct in saying your some sort of keeper? then its not as bad, as you have a job to do... but still i disagree with it. Each to their own.

Good hunting.

Yeah am a keeper and do it as part of me job. Its an effective way of controlling them as it gives us time for other things like feeding etc. Same as trapping really ;) We would do nowt if all we did was hunt them with dogs and shoot them on the lamp on a night.

Cheers
