lamping with a harris hawk..

hi all,after losing my female gos to aspergillosis, :o i have taken on a female harris from someone i know,this bird was brought in sept 07 and has only caught 3 rabbits,this bird is so frustrated what with the game being so fit this time of year am finding it hard work myself,she is up for it,no problems there,so i thought about try her on the lamp also,anything to get her getting kills..so what i want is a recommended lamp to use,any ideas on which model to go for..thanks for reading..

Its good to see you on the forum Paul :thumbs:. Sad news about the Gos mate but as you know I have been their with that crap desease in the past! its f****d my season up big time. Asper is a nightmare with Goshawks! by all accounts they can be infected for a good 6 weeks before they finally show the symptoms and unfortunately their demise...

 

You need to get some picture's up on the Airgun Forum of some of them stocks you make!! they're quality with a capital Q...

hi tony,didn't know you were a MOD of this forum :thumbs: looks like a good'n,yes i need to sell some,or else i won't be able to afford another gos,what with the cost of fuel and such like..struggling already,did manage to pick up an order for one,from the bbs,just started it,mk1 stock in curly maple,tis a nice piece of timber too :thumbs:
