walshie 2,804
I've got a CZ 527 in 22 hornet. I just took off a cheapy scope with 50mm objective and put on a S&B 6x42 with a 30mm tube and it looks like it is mounted very high. The mounts are CZ ones made for this gun. They are 14mm from the rail to the bottom of the ring, so not that high. When the bolt is opened it is very close to the eyepiece and I'm not sure if lower rings could be used. Does anyone else have one of these and what mounts do you use? Cheers. Quote Link to post

Tremo 138
I always used a picatinny rail on my 527, so sorry mate I can't help you out here. Quote Link to post
andyf 144
Whatever, the best solution is that the object bell is almost touching the barrel. I had a 223 CZ527 and I got some set back low 30mm Sports-Match mounts that were excellent. AndyF Quote Link to post
Deker 3,450
Did you get anywhere with this walshie? I know Sportsmatch do some CZ specific mounts, may be worth a chat! Quote Link to post

He'll be pleased taking dozens of different mounts out of boxes till we find the right ones. Quote Link to post
Elliott 436
I need some lower 30mm CZ527 mounts for my 204. Would prefer SportsMatch if available, so I'd like be interested to hear how you get on Quote Link to post
