Sunday morning was probably my last look out for a doe as like most I don’t relish killing next years crop before it’s born . .stalked into a group of does sat up a hedge out the wind  and settled on a youngster in the middle . Got to within 60 yards and had to shuffle out in the snow a bit to get the shot with another youngster in full veiw . . At the shot through the neck the other two were  up and gone in a flash  . Drag was easy on the snow for a change .
