Well as im sure your all aware, we are going to get more snow and wind etc as from tomorrow so i snook out on a new small perm thats got quite a few coneys on it just for last light tonight with Si's 99s.

What a belting rifle!

2 shots and 2 rabbits from 35 yards each stood free hand.....well not totally free hand.

I had to stand as there was a small mound in the way of the run coming though the boundary wall so rather than lie down and get soaked up close I opted for leaning my right shoulder blade on the house wall and taking the shots a wee bit furthar away. Both shots were clinical, lights out. For less than £200 New and a Si Brown fettle, you can't go wrong??

By the looks of it mate it suits you down to the ground

and you dont come across many spring guns that do that matt

Iv fallen head over heels for this 97 iv had that many 97,s but not one like this

the last one was close mind that i got off Viz .

Iv not shot a 97 for two years apart from Si,s and that was only a few shots .

But this one only has a little nudge in the shoulder and no snap very little recoil and its a 177

and there known to be snappy lol.

My Next one is going to be a Pro Sport in 177 walnut stock then that will get a tune and a polish and a vortex seal

along with the TX200hc she is having a new seal as well lol

I was at Viz,s to day resorting the spring for the hawk and i had a shot of his PS iv told him if he sells it its mine lol

it shoots that good .

He thought it was snappy still but he,s a perfectionist nothing snappy about it at all.

That little rifle suits you Matt and remember you dont need to refill it every time you take it out

nice little feast for you there.... and a couple of cracking shots!

we can all do bits n bats to rifles but you've still got to be able to shoot

 

if you keep old of it get that stock sorted out, its screaming for a bit of tlc.... and a mod
